Booked in for a two night stay in a King Room and was put into room 703, the top floor. When we arrived, the room was hot (the sun was beating in the window) and the room smelt like a sewer. Limited cleaning had been done. The balcony door was locked and there was no WiFi. We cranked the air conditioner, went to Reception to get the WiFi sorted and complain about the smell. No satisfaction. A couple of calls and a couple of hours later, the WiFi started working. The balcony door was not able to be unlocked. The drain for the shower is under the vanity on the opposite side of the bathroom - a flood evertime. The next day we went out, left the exhaust fan and air conditioner running. On our return, the room smell just the same. Enough. Asked to speak to the Manager - not available. Elevated the complaint and were given room 705 - no smell. Elevated the complaint regarding access to the balcony - housekeeping came and said No. More complaints to Reception and housekeeping came with a key. Simply just not good enough. Details forwarded to the Manager and the response ... still waiting1

我和妻子在摩托車之旅期間在這裏住了一晚。房間寬敞,一塵不染。周圍環境以及各種平房維護良好。工作人員非常友好和樂於助人。酒店距離市中心約1公里,在安靜的小區裏。我們睡的是開着的窗戶。值4錢真的非常非常的好。唯一不足的可能是,除了酒店自己的餐廳,周圍沒有別的東西,真的。附近有一家小街酒吧,很是熱鬧,但很可惜,飯店菜單的選擇很無聊。
