I recently had an unfortunate experience during my stay at one of the hotels booked through your platform. While i acknowledge my oversight regarding the hotel's policies, i encountered difficulties due to unforeseen circumstances, exacerbated by my hearing impairment. Despite my efforts to resolve the issue and seek a refund, i have not received a satisfactory resolution. The situation is further complicated by the fact that i arranged for a friend to visit the hotel on my behalf, and she also expressed dissatisfaction with the room. Additionally, the safety of the area, particularly for women, was a concern. As a seasoned traveler with 26 years of booking history, this experience has been exceptionally disappointing. I kindly request your prompt assistance in facilitating the refund process and addressing the issues raised, including the safety concerns in the mentioned area. Hotel is very old, small rooms, no maintenance, bathroom are very narrow and old type. Cleaning is very poor. Over it is no value for money or you change us.
