it is a good property .Food spread was limited otherwise good place to stay again

Nice service. Nice ambience Excellent services. Totally amazed by the hotel services starting from check in till check out. I really like the rooms and staffs used to give proper cleanliness. Iwould like to appreciate Sanjit bar, Debasis, Tariq and Mohit for their hard work.

Well this stay of mine was planned by my Girl. She had once stayed on her girls trip and they all liked the stay. We wanted to spend a quality time in Kolkata and she was like…. Let’s go to the same hotel and here were are. The stay was amazing and memorable. The team took good care of our preferences during breakfast. A sweet girl (Forgot her name) at the coffee shop was courteous enough to take care of our table. The gentleman at the lobby was kind enough to brief us about the city and plan our itinerary. Overall a memorable stay. If Kolkata calls us again, will surely stay in the same hotel.

Staff is quite professional and polite. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. I enjoy my stay well. They have arranged my breakfast on my request the room dining staff specially Ms. Neha very humble and proactive towards customer service. I really appreciate her positive attitude. Overall experience is amazing and comfortable.

The rooms was well equipped with great location and best hospitality. Ria from front desk took a good care of us and helped us in elevating the bitter taste we had about this property and their hospitality. Food was wonderful. Rooms were super clean. We actually got a confirmation call one night prior from Ms. Ria and she assured that our stay was comfortable and we requested for an early which was taken care of. Good to see you guys take care of your guests request and work on our feedbacks that we gave earlier.
