The hotel was good for staying for a couple of days. The food was nice. They need some repair work in their room washrooms and some proper cleaning. Other than that it was good overall staying there.

Hotel was good and affordable and near to the main market but mosquito were there only disadvantage other wise it was okay and nice

Hygiene not as per standard, food quality was poor, although staff behaviour was good, ………………..::::….

while doing bookings for hotel rituraj i was quite delighted to see the picture of this property and over all ratings of other guests but on contrary while having a stay over there i was bit disappointed to see the staff's unprofessional approach towards guests. The rooms were quite untidy specially the bath rooms which we had to ask the house keeping again and again to solve the issue and to my surprise they had all the amenities available with them but they were not keen to solve the problems of guests until l and unless they are forced to do it. Also the inclusions of room services like wi fi password and tv connectivity were missing and we had to request for these things at reception multiple times which was very disheartning. Basic necessities like hand soap was missing in washrooms at time of check inn and we had to wait for more than a hour to get them in our rooms even after calling reception and house keeping again and again. Overall experience was not at all satisfactory for hotel rituraj.

It was nice stay at rituraj. Holet rooms are good and clean. I love to visit again soon. Thank you to having me hotel rituraj and makemytrip for making my hotel booking so smooth.
