Superb location just a few minutes from the beautiful beach with plenty of shops and cafe / restaurants minutes away. Welcome and check in by Veronica was quick and very friendly and our room (room 4) is lovely and airy with a super balcony and everything you need for a relaxing stay. I knew there wasn't aircon and was a bit worried considering the fantastic weather, but needn't have worried, the room is cool and airy even when not using the two pedestal fans provided. A lovely hotel / apar**ent that we thoroughly recommend

Ajay and Veronica went overboard trying to accommodate us and our needs for Chris**as, our daughter's birthday and New Year when other accommodations ran out on us. They followed up with emails and calls, really tried to give us what we needed. Excellent customer service. At the end of the day we couldn't stay there this trip BUT we definitely plan to stay there the next time we are in Auckland.

Hot water in the very old shower did not work. Heard the people above us the entire night. I think 3 stars is too high. Very old motel

Great hospitality - really friendly & accommodating hosts who allowed us to stay with our dog. Clean, warm & comfortable units with a great location two blocks back from Kohi beach. Would recommend this motel if you're needing to pet friendly accommodation.

We stayed in room 1. It was very clean and well set up. The host was lovely and made it feel like home. We requested a hair dryer and got it with no problems. Great location as there are cafes and restaurants about a minute walk down the street. The beach was accessible, and beach towels are provided upon request. Overall, we would stay again without a doubt.

The lady at reception was so very sweet and helpful and the hotel was clean and very close to the beach

The greeting staff were very good. The room is incredibly small and although has been painted the general condition is tired, dated and not worth $200 a night. Noisy. I had to wash saucepans and knives before I used them. Elbows hitting walls in toilet and shower. Overall - I stay in many motels and this was one of my worst experiences.
