蘇梅島體驗感最佳的酒店！位置鬧中取靜酒店門口就是熱鬧的街道步行就能吃到各種餐廳！辦理入住遇到了很棒的中國總經理李登峯幫忙解決了很多問題！完全不用擔心語言溝通問題！酒店非常大氣！Minibar全部免費！有兩個泳池可以拍照！早餐半自助式水果很多！酒店海灘非常清澈連續遊了兩天還意猶未盡！

i do not recommend this hotel. me, mum and my sister booked for 2 nights and could only just about get through the first night. we was all up till about 7 am in the morning after finding bugs all over the beds and the walls, i actually woke up during the night and found bugs crawling all up my legs. the beds was rock hard and was not acceptable. we then raised our concerns and they said that they couldn’t give us a full refund and would only give us half a refund but we had to leave now and then. we went back up to the room to pack up our bags and they came up rushing us out the door and came into the room to inspect but also walking around the room laughing. Very rude. we then went down to reception and she complained that we took to long considering we was only 10 minutes as we had to pack everything away ensuring we had everything, she then went on to say that she now couldn’t give us half a refund and only gave us a quarter of a refund and proceeded to shout and my mum telling her she had to sign this form to say that they have given us a refund even though she didn’t give us the refund she said she was going to. very rude and terrible customer service!!!!!

這個酒店非常棒 景色也很好 泳池也很棒，酒店真的非常好，工作人員也很棒，還給我們延遲了退房，所以要來蘇梅的各位可以來體驗一下哦 ，這個新開的酒店真的非常不錯，個人和小夥伴們都很喜歡，是個非常不錯的體驗，非常棒，太棒啦啦啦啦啦，我們一共七個人非常喜歡這個酒店，所以下次來我們還是會入住這個酒店，也非常乾淨，大家來了蘇梅島一定要來這個酒店入住，真的非常的好，非常的棒！我個人也很喜歡這個酒店，所以大家來了一定要入住這個酒店。

酒店和許多其他的泰國三人一樣,已經不再有缺點:內飾有點,中間的清潔(的陽台門,淋浴室);早餐很,而且很單調(這不算很典型);熱水問題(只是溫暖,只是幾次熱),90%的客人是來自俄羅斯的遊客。此外,我將提供寬的房間,沒有存款,熱情的工作人員,方便的位置(到中心步行不快的15-20),一個溫暖的游泳池,有清潔的水。海灘毛巾的問題,從以前的評論判斷,解決了:現在他們數量足夠,而且是新的(標籤上有發行日期01.20)。貝克租了酒店附近,留下100美元的存款。退款問題沒有。無論如何,如果在Chavenga游泳,我建議不要穿過附近的酒店去海灘,而是通過主要入口(從酒店出來,左邊300米)。但是在海灘(2月)有感受的波浪,在海中拉了一點。因此,我認爲,孩子們最好去別的地方看看。同樣,如果不想租一輛摩托車,海灘之間有頭(我明白,在日落前作爲公共交通,在日落後作爲出租車),一次去波普海灘,付2140。

酒店很乾凈, 人員很親切熱情. 整體來説很不錯, 下次來我大概率會繼續預訂這家酒店. 這次是去full moon party, 酒店有接送車, 沒想到有不少同行的酒店客人. 藍色的泳池很漂亮, 早餐環境不錯. 位置很好, 出門就是商業街. 非常值得一提的是酒店門口的餐廳漢堡非常正!! 酒店客人還打85折

Such a wonderful resort with the best staff ever. It is situated on the best part of Chaweng Beach and only a short walk to the centre of Chaweng. The initial stay (2weeks) was such a happy experience we decided to return to the Baan after visiting another island for a further week! From check in at the Baan the reception desk staff were so genuinely helpful and pleasant, very efficient check in with a welcome drink each and then shown to our room which was spotless and fresh. The breakfast staff, Tan, Sonny and team were fabulous, couldn’t do enough for us, so genuinely wonderful with a great sense of humour, very personal attention each day. The young ladies who made up our room did a wonderful job, the room was fresh and faultless every day, I’ve never seen a bed made as well as they do here! Speaking of bed it was soo comfortable and the aircon worked a treat. The room was smallish with minimal storage space but sufficient. We have been to the Baan 10 times now over the years and it has never failed to impress. A quality resort with a wonderful pool, so clean and the water is balanced perfectly. In five weeks away the Baan was the high lite. Thank you to all for making a stay so wonderful!!!

The Mercure Samui, is hands down one of the most spectacularly positioned hotels on the beautiful Chaweng beach. At just one year old it is also the most beautifully landscaped and furnished of the many hotels we have been so lucky to stay during our travels. The team who maintain and care for the hotel and clearly understand the importance of guest services is outstanding. From the wonderful management of Nat and Nina, to their beautiful staff of whom there are too many to mention and the amazing reception team of, Sira, Bella, B and Daris, there was nothing that they didn’t do to make our stay as perfect as possible. We wish we could name them all. Everyone was wonderful! We had planned a seven day stop over here on Koh Samui as we came to the end of two months travelling in Europe. We chose the Mercure and Koh Samui on a whim as hopefully a restful place to unwind. We couldn’t have asked for more! We only wish we could have stayed longer! The breakfast each morning was a buffet with a chef station for selecting items that could be made on request. The restaurant team at meal times and at breakfast was cognisant of my wife’s gluten intolerance and catered for her with excellent alternatives. They were brilliant! We had not considered a return to Koh Samui before our arrival but all that has now changed. We will indeed return to the Mercure for the pure joy this wonderful hotel provided us during our stay. The beach is one of the cleanest and calmest of the beaches we have visited in Asia. Travel too and from the Samui Central mall or down to Lamai is inexpensive and extremely well serviced by small buses that pass by the hotel at least every five minutes and cost just 100 THB. The rooms are beautifully furnished as you would expect from such a new hotel. The beds very comfortable and the bathroom excellent. A fabulous shower! We stayed in pool access room, 2005. It was a real treat to be able to walk into the beautifully clean and well appointed pool whenever we felt the need for a refresh. Access to the pool and the beach was easy from all rooms with plenty of shady deck chairs available. The three bars, on the beach, in the pool, on the rooftop of the restaurant, offered happy hour times that varied between venues. As you can see from this review, we loved the Mercure on Koh Samui. We are already planning a return visit!
