蘇美島邦珀爾住宿飯店

我們在豪華逃生交易的游泳池房間裏住了7晚。雖然該物業可以進行一些維護(可能是由於新冠期間的疏忽,我想),我們喜歡我們的住宿,肯定會再次入住。雞尾酒豐富,食物很棒,早餐選擇很多。度假村很好,很安靜,雖然有點偏遠,但免費班車到鎮上很棒。唯一的缺點是岩石海灘,但如果你想要一個漂亮的沙灘,就乘公共汽車到鎮上。工作人員都非常友好和樂於助人。房間寬敞乾淨。總的來說,我們很高興的價格。

Myself snd my Wife have stayed at many Four Seasons around the World and this Hotel is right up there amongst our favs The Location the Hotel the Staff and the Management Wow what a wonderful place. Massive shout out to Branka one of the Directors of FS Koh Samui, so well loved and respected by all staff and guests, became a great friend by the end of the Holiday. I recently had the pleasure of lunch at Love is in the sea restaurant, I enjoyed a delightful Pad Thai. The dish was exceptionally tasty, showcasing authentic flavors that left a lasting impression.In addition, I would highly recommend trying their seafood pizza, which was a standout. The service at Khun Tang was truly remarkable, contributing to an overall wonderful dining experience. I look forward to returning in the future!

Stayed @ this lovely place from 24 to 28 Nov. Enjoy my sojourn and wished to extend my appreciation to the hotel staff for their warm hospitality, especially to Tiri who had endeavored to help me & my friend secure a last minute booking with a tour agency for a day tour to Mu Ko Ang Thong National Marine Park. Even though she did not managed to secure a booking for us with the tour agency, we really appreciate her valiant effort. The room was nice, more or less similar to what you see in the posted pictures. The view from the balcony was excellent too, as you can see from my video. I love the part where they placed a resting couch at the balcony, which is apt for just lazing & enjoying the seaview across. & not forgetting the very inviting infinity pool with the marvelous view across the sea. Definitely a instagram-able spot. The housekeeping was prompt & the room was very well kept thru out my stay. The restaurant was good as well, I enjoyed the breakfast which was quality & quite a spread for me. Price was quite reasonable too, in my opinion. Alright asides from the niceties, there're a few things which I think is worth pointing out. 1) There aren't any elevator in the hotel, so the stairs are the only option. I would advise checking in early before evening, when the reception will be able to arrange for a staff to bring your luggage up to your room. Else, u're gonna have bring it up yourself. 2) The place is relatively remote & far from the other hotspots in Samui like Chaweng or Lamai. 1 way to Chaweng will prob take around 35 -45 mins depending on traffic. However, there are plenty of shops & outlets nearby for dinning, massage or to simply grab some groceries or necessities. You really gotta chk out the nearby Bang Por Beach, which is a quiet idyllic beach with an lovely view of the opposite island Ko Pha Ngan. Oh yeah, I fly my drone there too, & the view is awesome too. I would seriously recommend renting a motorbike or car to get around. Else, u can try exercising those limps by walking up & down the hill (The hotel is perched on top of a hill, thus the excellent vantage pt). Regardless, I think this hotel is a great place for couples & families looking a quiet idyllic spot, away from the hustle & bustle or the furor of commercial tourism. I would really consider coming back again in my future trip back to Samui...

Очень рекомендую этот отель. Мы оценили удобное расположение: рядом супермаркет, кафе и пляж. Всё, что нужно для отдыха. На территории отеля есть длинный бассейн, мы купались каждый день. Номера с кондиционером и горячей водой. Уборка каждый день. Мы останавливались отдохнуть на 3 ночи и очень рады выбору этого отеля.

酒店本身非常喜歡。綠色的地區,一切都乾淨,一個階級游泳池,可以看到他們正在努力爲客人提供最大服務。 紅魚早餐, 玻璃瓶裏的水, 歡迎汁, 還有許多其他小事. 我們去山姆灣遊了幾個海灘-這是我們見過的最好的海灘。是的,有潮水,可以在午飯前游泳,下次是很小的。從8到14我覺得有足夠的時間去游泳。 水是我們見過的最透明的山水,沒有,沒有石頭,一般是超級。 只有薩摩亞在日落的那邊。 工作人員非常熱情。 唯一的減去就是位置。酒店和附近遊客很少。步行幾乎沒什麼。要乘坐摩托車或出租車到最近的城鎮去20分鐘。每天騎300

1) Was hat Ihnen an der Unterkunft gefallen? Die Zimmer sind stilvoll, modern und hochwertig eingerichtet, mit einem sehr bequemen Bett und durchdachter Ausstattung. Die Anlage ist ästhetisch, der Pool hervorragend, und es gibt ausreichend liege Möglichkeiten , frische Handtücher und gekühltes Wasser waren stets verfügbar. Das Personal war durchweg freundlich und unglaublich bemüht- das Reinigungspersonal war ebenso top, und der Golf-Car-Service für den nahen Umkreis sowie die Nähe zu Restaurants und Supermärkten machen die Lage ganz praktisch aber mit einem Roller ist man flexibler. Besonders lobenswert war die schnelle Wiederherstellung der Anlage nach Überschwemmungen. Nette extras waren die Alexa im Zimmer, die Espresso Maschine und überdurchschnittlich viele verschiedene Handtücher. Süß war auch die Uniform der Staff. 2) Was hat Ihnen an der Unterkunft nicht gefallen? Für diesen Preis darf man gehobene Qualität und exzellenten Service erwarten. Der Preis ist unverhältnismäßig hoch im Vergleich zu anderen thailändischen Hotels und nicht gerechtfertigt. Nach 5 Wochen und 20 Hotel erlauben wir uns dieses Fazit! Die Suite war nicht abschließbar, und das Problem wurde trotz mehrfacher Hinweise nicht gelöst- ein echtes no go!! Bei Regen steht alles unter Wasser da es keinen befestigten Gehweg im Hotel gibt, läuft man knöcheltief durch den Schlamm- unzumutbar. Es ist ja keine seltenheit dass es hier Regnet, also sollte das besser mit kalkuliert werden- es gab im Grunde fast keinen überdachten Aufenthaltsbereiche. Das Frühstück war wenig abwechslungsreich, Obst vom Vortag geschnitten und der Service im Restaurant langsam, trotz geringer Auslastung. Unzulängliche Qualitätskontrollen- Bauschutt im Waschbecken, Nagel im Teppich, kein Do not Disturb Schild, kein TV ( schwierig wenn es oft Regnet?), kein Kühlschrank. Besonders enttäuschend war der Umgang der Eigentümerfamilie mit dem Personal, das war oft unangenehm. Die Familien“Freunde“ wurden an Weihnachten stark bevorzugt, was die Stimmung der restlichen Hotelgäste massiv trübte. Trotz Reservierung und einer Stunde warten, waren die Gerichte „ausverkauft“. Es gab klägliche Erklärungsversuche ohne wirklich Verantwortung zu übernehmen. Allgemein war die Präsenz der Eigentümerfamilie eher unangenehm und auffallend dominant. Fazit : Das Hotel besticht durch sein stilvolles Design, die schöne Anlage und ein engagiertes Personal, das stets bemüht war, den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Leider stehen viele Schwächen, insbesondere im Umgang der Eigentümerfamilie und der mangelnden Sicherheits- und Komfortstandards, in keinem Verhältnis zum wahnsinnig überteuerten Preis.
