Nous avons passé 4 jours dans cet établissement où tout était très bien. En premier lieu, l acceuil du personnel lorsque nous nous sommes présentés car nous étions à la recherche d'un hôtel suite à une mauvaise expérience ailleurs. Nous avons été très bien reçu et avons décidé de choisir cet endroit. Et nous avons bien fait. A notre arrivée l acceuil et les petites intentions de bienvenue étaient très agréables. Ensuite durant tout notre séjour tout le personnel était très sympathique. Nous avons apprécié le calme et la tranquillité de l endroit qui est superbe. Les villas sont très agréables même si elles ne sont pas très récentes. Mais le confort est au rdv . C est sûrement la période notre séjour à koh Samui que nous avons préférée sur la partie de l' île beaucoup moins touristique que la côte est. En revanche, il est nécessaire de louer un scooter pour pouvoir aller se promener dans les environs. Merci à toute l équipe pour ce délicieux moment.

This hotel did vi pick, because we had to meet up with some the day after. It is good older hotel, close to the beach. It is a very calm area and there is nothing around it. But you can rent at scooter and go to a more active area. We had a beachfront bungalow. Were moved to a better one when the manager heard a nice. The room I big and clean. Has many funny ditails. There is only air conditioning in the sleeping room. The staff is so friendly and very service minded. The breakfast ok and the restaurant on the beach is cheap and very very good. All in all a good place for totally camenes on kph Samui.

Amazing experience to enjoy a beach side dinner at your great resort. Although we didn’t stay here, we booked a private sunset dinner on the beach. The arrangement was amazing and the service and food was a perfect match. Such a great part of the island, so peaceful and not very populated. A must try when in Lipa Noi.

Very nice location, beautiful garden nice beach, and that will be all of positives. Place had its best time maybe 10 years ago. Almost everything in bungalow needs replacement or fixing. When sth fixed it done usind duck tape and glue. There are 2 toilets, there was no water at 1st and in 2nd doors were broken. Stains of mold on the ceiling. Falling tiles in bathroom Rain shower does not worm. Fridge is broken. Bathtub tap is broken. AC does not work - there are two options extremly cold or extremly hot. Nothing beetwen. There are cats in bungalow lying on bed. And So on.... Very basic breakfast.

After contacting the manager, we were able to arrange a beautiful beach diner. The decoration and setup was genuinely stunning. We celebrated our engagement during this diner. Furthermore, the food was delicious and a good amount of diverse drinks too. Very friendly and helpful staff that served diner and took pictures during the dimer itself. The overall experience was excellent and I would recommend anyone to do such diner! 🙂

My experience with this property is a nightmare. Checked in around 5pm and there’s no hot running water in the room. The safe had no battery. There’s only one small AC in the bedroom, which makes the living room and bathroom hot like a hell. The maintenance guy came to fix the water temporarily but it’s gone again when I came back from the dinner. So was the electricity. Looks like the power outage is an issue in this area and there’s no backup generator at the property. Only one staff speaks English and the guy who works in the restaurant seemed overwhelmed busy. Communication is a big issue as the phone in the room doesn’t work at all. You need to WhatsApp manager for any issue and he will arrange accordingly. There’s no staff on site after 10pm. Maintenance guy didn’t come to fix the water issue at night as he went back home. I was desperate to leave around 9pm so I called the manager. Literally I escaped from this place at 10pm with a room charge of THB2700, which is ridiculous. If you can’t offer something basic like hot running water (cold water for shower is muddy by the way) for your paying guest, how could you expect people to pay for the suffering. I didn’t argue with them as I took it as a lesson learned.

This is our favourite place to stay on Koh Samui. It's very peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are spacious and clean, although not the most modern. The apartments are spaced out around the garden so you don't feel too close to other visitors. The pool is good and the beach is lovely. You can walk from one end to the other which is not possible at many other resorts where each beach is private and sectioned off. There are lots of crabs in the shallows and it is good for swimming. The restaurant is on the beach with a great view and the food is delicious. They have good cocktails and beers but wine is not always available. I am strict vegetarian and less strict vegan. This place caters very well for vegetarians. I think the restaurant is great for vegans but the breakfast options may be limited-it might be worth asking about this in advance if you are a strict vegan. Another fabulous week on our fourth visit here :)

Das Viva Vacation ist ein kleines Resort mit 11 Bungalows. Die Anlage ist wunderschön am Meer gelegen, ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Wer einen der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge der Insel ungestört geniesen will ist hier richtig. Das Personal ist zuvorkommend und fast alle sehr freundlich. Wer ein Problem hat, geht zu Chris, an die Reception, der löst fast alles. Die Bungalows sind unterdessen ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und die Duschen nicht mehr die neusten, aber für den Preis gerne jederzeit wieder.
