第一平房海灘度假村的評論

設施：比較老舊 衞生：乾淨 環境：一般 服務：還不錯 可能這個價位也就衹能定到這樣酒店。説實話，如果圖價格的話可以選這家。但是蘇梅島有很多價格高一些非常好的酒店。

等入住時間比較久，靠海邊很近，海浪很大，沙比較粗。早餐就在海邊，檸檬汁特別純正，酒店房間設施比較久。露天游泳池還行。酒店外面商業比較多，租摩託要談好價格，是一天24小時的價格。

起初房是酒店大門外的一棟樓，旁邊一樣房間的First House 比它便宜100多，典型的欺詐行為，該樓兩邊大門敞開，居住安全完全沒有保障不説，衞生環境極其差，房間嚴重發黴，味道刺鼻，住了一晚就喉嚨不適，第二天換了房間也是黴味，升級院子裏的房子要加2200泰銖，簡直搶錢，影響對蘇梅島的所有憧憬，簡直是噩夢之旅！

位置一般般，比較偏，購物不方便，酒店門口吃飯的很少，沒有摩託車無法出行

游泳池很棒。酒店邊上就是海灘。

我個人非常喜歡這裡的一切！ 房間寬敞漂亮，飯店內有游泳池，大海就在眼前！

很棒的飯店！泳池旁的平房。我們訂了兩間房，分別為我們自己和不同性別的孩子。孩子是成年人，性別各異。他們讓我等一晚，隔天（房間空出來後）就換了。附近有海，水質很好，早餐也不錯。總的來說，我們喜歡一切，我們會再來！

我非常喜歡這家飯店，這裡景色優美， 很漂亮的泳池，很棒的海灘。我們住在泳池附近的平房裡，很不錯。酒店工作人員非常樂於助人、友善。床很硬，但第一晚之後，按照我們的要求，他們放了床墊，床的問題就解決了。床單每天更換，每天提供乾淨的沙灘巾，但更換手巾和身體毛巾是一個問題。早餐是世俗的餐桌，單調，但不會餓。  步行距離內有餐廳和 7/11 商店。唯一且非常大的問題是兌換率非常低。 

Nice quiet hotel at the end of the beach away from all the noise of the *****. Like a an oasis if you prefer quiet. Many excellent restaurants within walking distance. We had a standard room which was mediocre. Musty smell and our balcony on the ground looked onto lots of debris. We will certainly return but would book a more expensive room. Staff is wonderful as was the breakfast buffet. Unfortunately clients smoked at breakfast tables which was very unpleasant for non smokers.

Overall great value. Good breakfast included with many choices including omelette station, fresh fruit, yogurt and many types of breads and juice. Situated on a quiet part of the beach between two beaches. Lots of restaurant choices and shopping nearby. Only complaint - pool loungers not monitored and lots of towels there with no one seated in them all day.

Провела 7 дней в отеле в номере delux с видом на сад. Очень понравился пляж, завтраки, уборка номера. Всегда приветливый персонал. Не откажут в помощи решения вопроса. Насекомых в помещение не было. Кондиционер работал хорошо, но хотелось бы чтоб вентиляционную решетку почистили 🙏🏻 Есть желание вернуться еще!

Start with the bad stuff: we booked a more expensive beach house because we thought it would be slightly more luxurious but when we got there everything about the room was old and really dirty. We had dirty sheets on the bad, the couch had weird stains in it, the chairs in front of the house had super dirty cushions, somehow there were even weird white stains in the curtains. Floor was sticky. So all in all it wasn't a very nice environment to stay in. The hotel has a private beach which is okish, but poor in comparison to all the other places located at the same beach. Just plastic furniture with uncomfortable cushions but its lacking any kind of fun atmosphere or character. . The good stuff was that the kitchen is very good. The food they make in the restaurant is great. Except for the egg lady at breakfast, it's her only job to make eggs and still she manages to mess it up. The pool is also nice and seems well maintained but then the showers again are not maintained at all and hardly working.
