Was great location on the beach with a pool and big speakers near the pool. The room and place looked run down. Aircon worked well. Not the best service. We stayed there for the full moon party while prices around Haad run were inflated. It was good location for full moon party. 10 min walk to the party but not to much in the think of it. Bed wasn’t very comfy and bathroom wasn’t the nicest. Lock felt a bit dodgy. Had a fridge that worked.

Dieses hotel kann ich leider überhaupt nicht empfehlen. Einen schlechten Hotelservice zeichnet aus: der Gast lauthals angeschrieben wird und schon fast aus dem hotel geworfen wird, nur weil man nach dreimaliger roomservice-Aufforderung immer noch zwei volle Mülleimer hat,die man selbst entsorgen soll?!? Geht's noch? Die Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind unter aller Kanone. Den schweren Röhrenfernseher hat man nur widerwillig von dem unterschrank genommen.

On the one hand it's a great hotel. The room is big has a hot shower and a fridge and at the reception you can get hot water for tea and Coffee. There is a pool and you have direct access to the beach. But, it's also very oldfashioned and the bed is half broken. We enjoyed our stay and would come back I guess.

I arrived in the room, where everything was falling apart and smelling really bad. I needed to ask them for the AC remote control, which seems to not exist but they were able to start the AC which just continued the whole time in the same setting. When I wanted to leave the room I wasnt able to lock it. After telling three different people about my problem, they gave me another lock, which only worked from the outside. I wasnt able to lock my room from the inside and was really scared all night. There are really a lot of improvements necessary to have an enjoyable stay!

我原來的房間有一扇壞了的門，所以我被搬到了另一個房間，遺憾的是它不如我預訂的房間那麼好，但這是他們所剩下的一切。我已經知道其他地方都已經訂滿了所以我不得不留下來。飯店度假村很不錯，而且他們的工作人員非常樂於助人。最棒的是步行不到 10 分鐘即可到達滿月派對海灘！

We stayed in one of the top floor rooms which was spacious and met all our needs. Super close to the Full Moon Party too but far enough away to get some peace and quiet.

フルムーンパーティー時の休憩や、準備の部屋として借りました。 立地がよかったですが、清潔感はなくせいぜいステイできる程度でした。 ドライヤーはなかったです。

Отличное место рядом с двумя пляжами где проходят тусовки полнолуние , приветливый персонал рядом есть магазины массажные салоны и много всяких заведение общепита в шаговой доступности, рекомендую к посещению) Excellent place next to two beaches where full moon parties take place, friendly staff nearby, there are shops, massage parlors and many different catering establishments within walking distance, I recommend visiting)

The service was pathetic and room was very dirty as well. Please refund my money and remove this site from your application. Look at the attached file and see the towel they provided. The staff was rude too, I called them multiple times to fix the AC which was not working. But they didn’t pay any heed to it and kept producing lamé excuses.
