This place is approx 1-2 km from the kodai lake. Around the resort, you don't have anything in the walkable distance. Coming to the resort, we booked the Privilege suite which was extremely small, don't go as per the pic shown on the website . The basic things were missing in the room and we had to call at the reception for each and everything, for ex: room slippers, hand towel, restaurant food menu. The buffet breakfast was average and the restaurant was definitely overpriced. I liked the recreational room, as my 6 year old son played a lot of games and we too enjoyed it. I loved the live snacks counter in the resort lawn which is functional from 4 pm-6 pm, and please note down, if you go there at 6:05 pm, they won't entertain you at all after multiple requests too. The lady who is serving the food at the snacks counter, I requested her 2-3 times, but she was like, "sorry mam, it is 6:05 pm and we won't be able to heat the oil again for the snacks", though the chef was ready for it. Overall I would say after paying, this kind of money for the stay, no one expects this service.

Everything about our stay in sterling lakeview was great. Upon arrival, we were invited for fruits mixing ceremony for upcoming Christmas cakes. Room was clean and tidy All staffs were responsive and friendly especially reception staffs So many colorful flowers. Very well maintained Food was good. Spa was really commendable. Overall memorable stay

Good food. Great property to stay at. Amit at the restaurant was very helpful and the staff is very attentive as well. Close to the lake and for a change we decide to walk around the kodai lake as it was very accessible. I would highly recommend staying here.

Hotel sterling Kodai lake is an excellent hotel and hotel admin and team persons Mr.March K, Sasirekha And Fasi khan is friendly approach. Over all reception, Hotel rooms and food is an very good. keep it up. Happy and very good comfortable it’s an very memorable for us thanks sterling team

The offroad safari was worth mentioning.its a total different experience and worth the time spend .thanks staff Nagraj for suggesting . Total 5 star experience . 4 hours wisely spend into some hidden treasures of kodaikanal. The hotel don't have a inner parking facility which I felt odd . The front desk response is not upto mark so reducing 1 star for that
