Historisches Hotel mit sehr gutem Service. Das Personal ist stets sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und bemüht, den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Das Areal ist sehr weitläufig und schön gestaltet. Das Carlton liegt direkt am See und ist ein idealer Ort zu Relaxen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.

Beautiful heritage hotel with a strong pedigree.. great location.. well ***nered and courteous staffs. Super food. Their amenities are good.. the restaurant, the parking, the club all are well maintained and clean. The restaurant staff will go above and beyond for your needs. My boys were catered with chocos and hot milk even for dinner. Chef prepared chicken noodles for my kids out of his way. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Wil come back again here while visiting kodaikanal

Good property in Kodaikanal. Excellent location to have beautiful view of lake. If budget is not a problem this is the one to stay in Kodaikanal.

Best hotel in Kodai hands down. Right from check in till check out. Staff is super courteous. The play area and special mention to Carlton club. Loved every bit of our stay. Surely coming back. We had booked a deluxe lake view room. It lived to our expectation. Keep up the good work. Special mention to Simran(guest relation ***ager).

Awesome place to stay . Food was amazing and chef Subbu is very friendly. The staff of entail hotel was just wow….. excellent view from the room. Room was very clean and good atmosphere in the hotel. We had a very relaxing stay . Ms Simran guests relation is very friendly and professional.

An awesome stay with beautiful scenery and itinerary ..staffs are polite in every area of hospitality. Restaurant people were nice . Special mention Simson ,mirages , kalai, Venkatesh , Simran are very good

Lovely space and atmosphere to spend a couple of nights taking in the lake and ambience of kodikanal. The staff is super friendly and helpful catering to all requests and the rooms have sweet balconies that make perfect sit outs on a sunny day. Simran the guest relations person was extremely friendly and welcoming. Wonderful stay overall
