まず部屋の電源が不安定。すぐ電気が落ちる。深夜も電源が落ちていてACが切れて不快だった。タオルは清潔なんだろうけど、使い古されているからカビの跡があったり破れていたり。 朝食の場所の床は汚れてるしテーブルも拭かれていない。 いい点を挙げるとすれば部屋が広いのとスタッフは一生懸命働いているよう。経営者が悪いんでしょうか。

Wir haben im No. 18 2 Nächte verbracht. Das Hotel liegt nah am Schiffsanleger nach Vypin und liegt nahe der Hauptsehenswürdigkeiten von Fort Kochi. Das Hotelzimmer war sehr sauber und geräumig. Auch die Klimaanlage funktionierte super. Im Hotel befindet sich ein Café in dem *** gut Frühstücken kann. Im Umfeld des Hotels befinden sich auch viele Restaurants. Es gibt einen kleinen Pool, der etwas sauberer sein könnte. Wir können einen Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel empfehlen.

En este hotel la limpieza es pésima. Ponen en riesgo tu salud. Tienen cucarachas y chinches en la cama. Es una pena porque las instalaciones no terminan de ser feas pero están muy mal cuidadas. Disponen de aire acondicionado y agua caliente. El desayuno contradictoriamente es bastante bueno y abundante.

Great rooms, great food, lovely atmosphere, lovely staff. They also have a club and a sports bar which also does karaoke nights, both had a great vibe. The location couldn’t be better as mostly all tourist places are nearby. Also, thanks to Roy for his hospitality.

Very bad experience. The bearer was interfering unnecessarily. Looked in an indecent ***ner and talked sarcastically. Food was not at all good. Price was very high. I am 100% sure that those who want to have food peacefully will not come again. Funny thing is that the number given in bill is not responsible. When called for complaining he says he is not related to the hotel. Later found the concerned person and talked. Replied that he will take action. God knows.

The service is fantastic. I had the presidential suite and it is very spacious and comfortable. I celebrated My husband's birthday and the staff decorated the room and offered wine. The location is awesome and everything is in walking distance. The breakfast at Quissa cafe was also awesome. The view from the room was very good. Market, Chinese Nets, Vascodagama square, Kathakali Center and every thing is just few minutes walk away. I will always recommend this room to everyone and would definitely go and stay there whenever I go to Kochi.
