It was fantastic facility and kind staffs. The restaurant was amazing. I traveled over 80countries but i ve never seen this kind of nice hotel. Ofcourse its location is little bit far from Port kochi but the price is quiet nice and the hotel room has refrigerator and washing machine.

The hotel is nice but very far from the city. An Uber will charge you 500 rupees to go to lulu Mall. There are no shops or supermarkets if you need the basics near by. The apar**ents are new but not well looked after. The staff really need to step up in terms of cleanliness. The apar**ents are fully equipped with washing machine microwave and electric kettle.

Facing an utterly irritating behaviour on part of Kent Baywatch as well as the HappyEasyGo, the travel site used to make the booking. Apparently, there is no communication between HEG and Baywatch and who suffers in the end.. the guest. We went all the way over to the place after a long and tiring flight.. and there was no thought of convenience at all. The place functions as a guest house with no regard for hospitality. Still, no action being taken by any of them.

Best experience ever Services where good staff was well behaved and ***nered Abot the view it was a plesent evening the loan area and pool near the lake I just got completly satisfied by their services and ofcourse the pleasant view I would happily suggest to my friends amd fam

I love their location service and food everything, they had wonderful amenities beautiful landscaping very beautiful and calm and quiet area. Really comfortable and satisfied experience, I will definitely recommend this apar**ent hotel to my friends and family

New clean property. Although room has small kitchen, ther are no utensils so you cannot cook. Like all Indian hotels we visit only one towel provided. You need to ask for more.
