Alles am Hotel war außergewöhnlich gut ! Es war sauber, stilvoll, geräumig und mit ausgezeichnetem Service. Das Frühstück war gut und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis großartig. Das Zimmer selbst war super ausgestattet und komfortabel. Der Pool auf dem Dach war ein Highlight & der Ausblick auf die Stadt wirklich ein Erlebnis. Das was das Hotel Luxo aber so besonders macht sind die Mitarbeiter, alle waren unglaublich freundlich, d***m komme ich gerne wieder.

It was a business visit and they ensured they accomodated every need of my team. I love how clean the room is. All the amenities available and the staff are very courteous and warm. I had a very comfortable stay. Not to forget to mention the varieties of complimentary breakfast. The restaurant service could be a bit better.

We randomly booked Luxo due to last minute plans, but it ended up as the best find. We stayed for 3 days and couldn't complain about any. Staff were really friendly, food was amazing and place was really comfortable. Will definitely prefer next time.

This hotel was luxury. The staff all professional, helpful, courteous, polite and go above and beyond their duties. The food was excellent, breakfast buffet superb and the fresh fruit drink on arrival, a thoughtful touch. Truly a first class establishment.

We had a great stay at Luxo.. All the staffs are very friendly, polite, helpful and communications in English. Good location. Food ls are authentic kerala dishes. Rooms are clean. Room service excellent. Front office reception staff understand guests needs. Overall excellent hotel.

A decent 4 star facility right at the city centre with quite adequate parking space. Lobby is little inside from the road. Restaurant serves decent food. They have a rooftop swimming pool. No bar, no spa in this place. It solves the purpose of a bussiness traveller.

The welcome was so good. Service was excellent. The breakfast spread was awesome and so delicious. I was spoilt for choice the spread was delightful. The room was so spacious and so was the bath. The refreshments were good.Thank you for the hospitality.

Excellent stay for us. Service is top notch. We were a large group and booked multiple rooms. All of us were thrilled by the attentiveness. Shout-out to the front desk team. Restaurant food is also great and has good spread at the buffet breakfast. Location was just right for the event that we were in Kochi for.
