科布倫次B&B飯店(B&B HOTEL Koblenz)

The hotel was good value for a night. Friendly staff. There is a hot/cold drink vending machine at the reception.

The hotel is new and good. You need to check in via machine and no need to interact with an human. But you can check in only 3 pm since its a machine you cannot negotiate it.

Check-in lief geschmeidig, der Aufenthalt reibungslos und das Konzept, dass der Check-out ohne Aufwand verläuft, ist erfrischend und war gern gesehen.

現代化的房屋設有舒適的客房、迷人的休息室和早餐室。我們入住期間性價比非常好，可能要看我們什麼時候預訂的。我們只在晚上預訂了當晚的住宿。如果您晚上仍然餓或渴，可以從自動販賣機購買。自助早餐很好，有機產品令人愉快。另外一個優點是，您可以在中午 12 點前入住該房間。您還可以完全在線傾倒和傾倒。由於飯店位於購物/工業區，因此有充足的停車位，但距離市中心僅 2 公里。不幸的是，沒有上鎖的電動自行車空間，只有地下停車場，但該區域被廣泛圍起來，我們實際上不必擔心我們的自行車。順便說一句，窗戶的隔音效果很好，因為你可以聽到繁忙的街道或火車的聲音。

Struttura in posizione tranquilla, abbastanza comoda per raggiungere il centro a piedi e dotata di parcheggio gratuito (purtroppo con molti van/furgoni in attesa che complicano le manovre). Camera confortevole, a parte tracce di muffa sul soffitto della doccia. Colazione abbastanza ridotta con parte dolce quasi assente. Nota negativa una ragazza in reception con atteggiamento inadeguato sia al nostro arrivo (nel comunicarci le condizioni dell'early check in, da noi rifiutato trattandosi di soli 40 minuti) che poi al momento di andarcene (quando mi avvicino alla reception per assicurarmi che non ci fossero adempimenti di check out e lei finge palesemente di non vedermi e se ne va).

Avons été satisfaits d'avoir choisi le type de chambre "confort": petit bémol : ingrédients très succincts constituant le petit déjeuner; un petit sourire et /ou bonjour du personnel auraient été le bienvenu aussi...mais je pense en toute subjectivité que c'est "un peu" la mentalité de la région... L'emplacement de l'hôtel idéal par rapport au centre ville...c'est d'ailleurs la raison pour laquelle notre choix fut porté sur cet hôtel. Nous ne nous attendions évidemment pas à trouver de la place dans le parking de l'hôtel dédié à cet effet. Mais quelques mètres un peu éloignés de l'hôtel permettent tout de même de garer sa voiture. Par ailleurs, une grande passerelle permet d' accéder au centre ville et c'est la seule solution puisque la ville est quasi entièrement piétonne;

It was convenient for a one night stop, near the motorway. However, there were no staff around to help with check in, it was all electronic, and rather confusing, leading to queues on a hot day. Ground level parking was extremely scarce (we think there may have been underground parking available, but there was no indication of this, no signage, no information when booking, and no staff to ask!) Room was basic, although the air conditioning was good, and the TV did have Sky Sport for the Bundesliga.

Wir waren äußerst zufrieden mit dem Hotel (Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Zimmer, ...). Für einen Städtetrip sehr zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Vom Verkehrslärm ist bei geschlossenen Fenstern nichts zu hören. Sehr praktisch ist auch der kostenlose Parkplatz am Hotel!
