諾克斯維爾西北萬楓飯店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Knoxville Northwest)

This was the worst Fairfield I had ever stayed at. I booked all of my Hotels on this app. I booked another night went to check back in at 9AM. They charged me for a night I already paid for. They rushed me out before check out. They threw my things away because I needed to make two trips because I had a lot of bags. I will never be back here. There are better hotels in Knoxville.

Lack of breakfast items during breakfast hours. we were told breakfast is from 6:30 to 9:30 am. When we showed up at 9 am there was no milk, cereal, bread, bagels/cream cheese and empty bowls of hot items (eggs/sausage..etc). These are pretty standard breakfast items at hotels. The only items left were waffle makers with sticky batter and coffee. When asked, we were told that's all for today. They should rename it "UnFairfield Inn". Shame on Marriott to let this happen at this hotel.

Excellent hotel! One of the best we have stayed in in awhile! Great staff, great room and breakfast! Room very clean! Shower and bed great! Cannot beat this property ! Anyone would have a great stay here!

New hotel, clean rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was okay. Staff extremely kond and friendly.

Room was average, good for overnight or a short stay. Mattress was Way Too firm.

Not clean. Stains on the blankets and hair in the shower and on the floor. Blanket was also chewed or torn or something. Also I made sure we were not in a pet friendly hotel but there was dogs barking this morning and such banging etc. wasn’t suppose to be smoked in and it was very rank .. very disappointing.. the beautiful pictures are misleading.

Very nice people. Excellent facility. Loved the stay. We'll be back.
