The drive up might scare you a bit. But don’t let that stop you. It’s a pretty place to swim and close to the water gap. Worth the stay. Staff was extremely helpful and nice. Even keeping the pool open an extra hour so my children could swim. Awesome place don’t be scared. It’s a great place to stay. You’ll have allot of laughs about it.

Overnight for a work trip, this was a very comfortable room and a good value. Very convenient, yet secluded and quiet. Would stay again, with extra time to explore the grounds and enjoy the amenities.

We fell in love with this place quick! From the spacious rooms to the comfortably to roam freely and not be stuck inside. My husband never sleeps through the night but he slept like a baby knowing we were safe and sound in our little bungalo. Our family is in the process of buying a house so we have been bouncing around but and this family owned bussiness makes u feel right at home!

Bed bugs room 41 no wash rags went to front desk upon check out no one to be found. Sad because very nice guy checked me in i felt room was very clean but disappointed over being ate up by bed bugs.

A beautiful hidden gem in the Delaware water gap. Front desk clerk was friendly and accommodating. Very helpful. Gave us options on where to eat and things to do. Room is clean.

The property was safe but outdated. The person at the desk was very nice but the place really needs some tlc. The grounds were very nice and clean. I wish them the best as they seem to be working hard to make it comfortable.

LOVED my stay here. The room has cute, clean, had great A/C & Comfy beds. I was traveling with 2 dogs, it was perfect for them! Lots of room to walk around (and they enjoyed their comfy bed too) The property is gorgeous, well maintained and I loved the fire pit by the picnic tables. It was nice and quiet even with the amount of people around us. The pool and hot tub was nice, clean and very nice hangout area. Great for families! I loved this place! It is old but well taken care of and it brought a sense of comfort and welcoming that I haven’t felt in a long time. We will definitely be back whenever passing through. 🙂

Check in and out process was easy. Host was very polite. Somewhat confusing entering the property. Basic room accommodation, felt like a rustic cabin with insufficient lighting. Small refrigerator provided. Furniture could use updating. Slight odor, able to hear conversations from next door room, needs better door security. The simple key entry with a push lock (no deadbolt) and key chain made for an insecure feeling.

I never checked in. The first impression was negative. The overall condition of the property did not reflect the ********* rating. Upon inspection I found the room to have a strong smell of must & mildew. As an asthmatic I had to leave immediately.
