克拉韋爾飯店(Klawer Hotel)

We were staying in the Klawer Hotel for three nights during a funeral. Due to the fact I was in a wheel chair, I was booked on the ground floor. The room only had a bath which was a bid inconvenient, but I managed. The ramp into the hotel is a bid steep and cannot be tackled without assistance. The service was excellent and the breakfast was perfect. I will do it again.

We were welcomed by friendly staff and were checked in smoothly. Our daughter was in a wheelchair and the wheelchair facilities was excellent. The fresh and clean atmosphere welcomed us. Thank you, Moorrees and staff for a peaceful sleep

Really had a warm welcome and felt at home. Will definitely stay there again. Service was good. Location was good. Management of hotel made me feel at home. next time I will definitely try out the the restuarant.

Coffee rations not refilled.dont argue over breakfast rations.no loadshedding lamps or candles.200mb of data..no fridge. Bring your own batteries for the aircon.coffee machine not available after loadshedding.brkfst the same for everyone

Super friendly management who were extremely welcoming. Rooms comfortable but ‘old’. No plans for loadshedding- not even rechargeable lights in rooms. Restaurant was okay- service slow and food was average. Was in the perfect place for a cycling race we were doing but the hotel needs a lot of work, it’s quite run-down and needs some TLC like new bedding, new carpets, new mattresses and upgraded bathrooms.

Beds and bedding in our room was old and worn out , we had a very uncomfortable night . Furniture and equipment is not practical and does not help to make your stay comfortable at all . The carpet in our room was dirty and had stains on . I was very disappointed in Klawer Hotel's accomodation and wil not vissit them again.

We stayed at this quaint little 100 year old hotel for one night and it was like staying over in my grandma's house many, many years ago!!It smelled like her house, and it looked like her little house! It was like a trip down memory lane!

We as a family had the privilege of staying at the Klawer hotel during our recent flower tour through Namaqualand. It was comfortable and the hosts were gracious and friendly. The food at the restaurant was great. Great overall facilities and people. Thank you for a great stay!
