「Hey there! i wanted to share my experience at a wonderful place i recently visited. It was so peaceful and had such a great vibe - the staff were super friendly and polite, which made my stay even better. The room had all the standard amenities and was well-kept. Also, they had some amazing childcare facilities and fun games to play, which was great for my little ones. And let's not forget about the food - it was top-notch quality and absolutely delicious! overall, we had a fantastic time and left feeling very happy and satisfied.」

「Location: very practical, convenient, in the centre of the city. No views but the hotel has a heritage vibe and the well maintained gardens, lawns flowers make up for the lack of mountain or valley view. Rooms: clean, have vintage looking furniture. No lockers but only a drawer which cud be latched. We carried out valuables so dint have a problem but if u want to keep in hotel u may need to ask for key. Kettle, milk, tea n coffe powders, sugar packets available. Bathrooms: decent. They do clean regularly but some smell is there despite impeccable cleaning. They do provide soap n shampoo. 24 hr hot water available. Heater available at extra charge. We did not need it though. The biggest negative is they don't have their own kitchen. There is a restaurant in their campus but it functions independently. So early morning milk or early breakfast on day of departure etc needs to be managed from outside. The reception people do help for the same. The restaurant is very famous so lots of crowd wil come for restaurant. Waiting is there often. However, the property is well managed. They have small but beautiful gardens, a small play area and a bonfire arrangment too. So, if u want a hotel with heritage feel in the heart of the city this is the place to be. All major tourist attractions in the ooty city are close to this place. Also good restaurants, market area are all very close by.」
