「這是我在南美洲旅行近一個月以來住得最舒服的一次，不僅僅是因為服務員像五星級酒店一樣每天打掃換浴巾房間十分清潔，或是每一位前台都是那麼優秀樂於助人，或是廚房裡每天配置的食品，而是我在這裡有住自己家的感覺，還有前台一位叫 Alvaro的男接待員，很耐心很認真到位幫我解決了我手機上不能購買下一程船票的問題。特別感謝！特別推薦！ I’d speak highly of Apart Hotel Quillango in Punta Arenas. The good points of the hotel have been mentioned by all other guests, such as the cleanness of the rooms, the breakfast stuff prepared in the kitchen, the convenience of the location, the friendliness of the staff,etc. Apart from that, I want to make my special thanks to Alvaro who helped me out. I spent hours and hours on my mobile phone trying to book tickets for my next trip.For some reason I just couldn’t go through it. I turned to the receptionist for help. It was Alvaro who was there at the reception. He was very patient and helpful. Instead of my mobile phone, he used the computer to book the tickets for me and printed them out for me.
