Worst hotel in the world. Avoid this place at all cost 1. I was double charged for the destination fee even though I’ve paid for it through the app. The reception that addressed us was extremely adamant and aggressive on charging us when we came to clarify on this issue…On the first night we clarified with reception and the man that addressed it was confused and adamant on charging us until another lady came and whispered something to him. He then clarified and said it would be refunded back to us. The next night I checked my bank account and noticed another destination fee was charged for the second night even though once again we’ve already paid for it on the app. So I went and clarified with him again and he could not give a proper explanation, one moment he said the fee charged on the app was different and the next moment he said it’s the same destination fee. Yet, they still charged us twice. It seems that he is bad at his job and it felt like a hostile situation. 2. We had booked the free hotel shuttle to Magic Kingdom but the bus was at least 15minutes late and we decided to call an Uber. Soon after, the bus came and just as we were about to board and cancel our Uber, one of the staff outside gave us advise to take the Uber as the shuttle would be slower since it had to make a stop and we had to take the monorail whereas the Uber could just avoid all that hassle. So we took his advice and waited for our Uber to come but as it turns out the park did not allow the Uber to enter directly and because of that we had to make a big detour to stop at the same area as the shuttle which was already there and we had to get down to take the monorail…so essentially the hotel made us pay a $15 Uber for a slower ride when we could have gotten a free shuttle that would’ve saved us more time. 3. Small issue but this is the first hotel I’ve been to that didn’t provide any toothbrush or toothpaste. It was likely that we had to request for such basic amenities to be provided but at this point where the staff was already so hostile we decided to just use our own ones. Overall, the service and attitude of the staff here have been consistently terrible. I do not know how this is under Marriot. In my opinion the front counter that addressed us should be fired based on his attitude and how poorly he handled the situation.

The Delta Marriott is horrible. The employs were really rude. The room was nasty and not clean at all. It was my daughters birthday and they knew it and didn't say Happy Birthday to her. We couldn't sleep at all. The walls are thin and we could hear people all night long. The bathroom door was broken. The TV didn't work. We left early because of how bad it was. This place is a dump. The rooms smelled like pee. They only have men working the front desk and they treated us bad because of our race. This place is racist and sexist. I do not recommend the Delta dump.This a Fake Marriott. Do not stay here you have been warned.

Certainly prepared for tourist - $4 for a can of soda. Wasnt impressed with the food or service in either the buffet or the bar cafe area. TV in the room was pixelated every other minute. Parking gate was whack-someone had to prop it open half the time to get in. Check-In was horrendous. Credit Card Machine would not function with our a pin number. I was not using a debit card. Clerk had to get Manager and neither could fix it. Took over 20 minutes to figure out how to check in and the card reader never did work. Might consider investing in some working equipment with acompanying employee training

Was suprised by parking fee. Knew about resort fee. Self parking signage was poor. Trying to get to lobby to parking or parking to lonby was hard as all buildings were locked even during the day when signage said should be unlocked. Fircing LONG walk to reach parking lot. AC window/thru wall style VERY NOISY noisy when fan on worst when AC kicked on.

Liked staying here and we had a long stay. Room was comfortable, staff was friendly and accommodating and the food was great. If I had any issues: it was the expense of meals, etc at the hotel (this is the Orlando area, so you got to expect that), malfunctioning ice machines, a noisy bathroom fan, and the fact the coffee maker in my room was missing a part and tho I made the front desk aware once, in 9 days it was never fixed (I didn’t nag tho and it wasn’t earth shattering to me).

Good for a quick family getaway…the shuttles to the parks are an extra perk although they were crowded and we stood on them most of the time. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were able to check in at 11:15 and got late checkout at noon which was super awesome (note we stayed in October which is not a super busy time so I wouldn’t expect this during peak season). Pools were nice. Hot tubs were crowded in the evening with people playing very loud music every single evening we were there. Would stay again.

Zeer vriendelijk personeel en fijne ruime kamers. Schoonmaak is oke. Shuttels naar Disneyworld is drama. Je moet reserveren wat niet helemaal werkt en er worden oude bussen gebruikt. Ontbijt is weer perfect geregeld.
