Beautiful room! Very comfortable. Nice area. But far from parks. Well worth the extra $. Only complaint was the ice machine was broken. Told them toilet needed repair after the stay but I’m sure they would have switched our rooms if we mentioned before. Will stay with them again😀😀p

Solo deben mejorar la atención para hispanos parlantes ya que aunque habían 3 damas hablando español en pleno counter dejaron pasando malos ratos al joven que me atendió que solo hablaba inglés y aún así dicho joven hizo todo lo posible por atenderme como se merece.

I booked the hotel through your online service. Absolutely NO ONE answered the phone. I called for 2 days. My father checked in last night and they charged him for the hotel again. I am very upset and want someone from the hotel to call me back.

We stayed for 1 night. My son left his electric toothbrush. We called the same day we left but they said they didn’t find it. Im 100% sure it was there when we left. And I called again for the next 2 days but no where to be found. So to make it short don’t be stupid to leave anything in the room. It is not expensive item but what more if you accidentally leave something valuable . So be aware my friends.

Una experiencia terrible, estuvimos 16 noches, nos dieron una habitación que no habíamos reservado de menor costo, al reclamar el personal fue muy grosero y no nos resolvieron nada, habían cucarachas en la habitación, la cama se cayó, el control de la t.v jamás sirvió y fue reportado, no recomiendo para nada este hotel es una estafa

The property is currently being renovated so our room was updated. However, one of the beds had a big dip on the one side and it was not very comfortable for my little one. Conveniently located with nearby restaurants. My biggest peeve was the $150 security deposit required when I checked in, after I already spent that much paying for the room. This was not disclosed in the listing and it seems like they were expecting us to trash the room. I would not have booked this place if I had known that ahead of time. It was only an overnight stay so it was sufficient.

Lobby pequeno, escondido e atendimento demorado. A porta do quarto não trancava e ficaram de consertar apenas no dia seguinte. Hotel em reforma.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL AHEAD OF TIME! They have rules. CALL THE DAY YOUR COMING TO CONFIRM BUT DONT EXPECT THEM TO EVER PICK THAT PHONE UP AGAIN! Luckily because I called around 11am check out time. I gave my ETA. But was told to keep them updated. ALSO BEUNG YOUR OWN BLANKETS THEY GIVE YOU A SHEET. ONLY! Otherwise nice loved it. Floor IS EXTREMELY DIRTY! But most are. Would stay again if I come back.
