"I have only given one star because the hotel was clean. But otherwise the whole experience (3 nights) was awful. Despite complaints of no wifi in my room over and over, I was treated with rude responses and basically not caring about fixing it. The second day I was completely ignored. So it was never fixed. I would not recommend this hotel purely because the staff and the Manager were extremely unwelcoming and unhelpful. Nothing is written in English and no offer to translate is offered. Finally, the car park was taken over for an event, but no warning was given and we were told to park on the street. Just terrible "customer service". I have travelled the world and stayed in many, many hotels and never been treated so poorly!"
