Comfortable, clean & convenient. All members of staff we encountered were friendly and welcoming. Impressed that receptionist remembered our name and used it in every interaction for the 3 nights we stayed. Used the attached Beefeater for breakfasts and an evening meal. Excellent food and value for money and again all staff were first class. Highly recommend.

We found the whole experience very good lovely friendly staff. Would recommend this premier . Clean and comfortable . Good location for all we needed while there visting family. Also having the beef Easter adjacent to the premier was ideal .

The cost for a premier inn at £166.00 is far from the affordable rate that used to be on offer and as such other than the attentiveness of the receptionist, I do nt feel that the level of quality etc. in the rooms, whilst comfortable, warrant the price charged

Firstly the staff are amazing. Unfortunately I didn't get the name of the lady on the desk in the afternoon but she is wonderful and a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a good location. The rooms are clean and if it wasn't for the problems I encountered I would recommend this hotel. However I booked a table at the restaurant with a staff member but when I went to the restaurant neither of my bookings were made and I had no table for myself and my (autistic) children after a very long day. The Aircon wasn't working so the first night was spent sleeping on the floor underneath it trying to get some breeze. And after multiple trips to the reception it wasn't fixed or resolved. I was given a fan for me to return once I'd finished using it! So second night sleep wasn't much better. I had purposely booked a premier Inn with aircon due to our needs.

Stayed at the end of July for one night during our summer road trip. The receptionist was lovely. The room however .... the view was out onto a mossy flat roof which was covered in fag ends and lager cans so we had to just keep the curtains closed. The toilet had brown stains in the seat and there were Maltesers under the table in the bedroom. One if the bedside table lamps was also broken and stained. The receptionist asked my husband if everything was ok when he popped out to bring a suitcase in. He mentioned the fag ends and lager cans and she gave him some sweets and a bottle of bubbles for our little girls, and offered to refund our unlimited breakfasts. I wouldn't stay here again. The only plus was its proximity to Dudley Zoo (which was our purpose for the stay).

We arrived on the 9th of July , booking in in the usual way and went to our room . A ground floor , no6 , and because of my legs it was an accessible room , lowered bath , bed at an excellent height . A small problem occurred with an alarm going off while I was in the bath , quickly and pleasantly sorted out by the lady on the front desk . I've used many premier inns around the country and I can count the awkward staff on the thumbs on my foot . Our stay was pleasant and we explored this part of the country at leisure thanks in no small part to our room . One thing I must put out in public . There is a parking company who are trying to find me for going to and leaving the premier inn building . Ensure when you sign in that you fill in the form correctly because I've had 2 of their , er , letters , both of which I have argued . Just be careful or they'll spoil your stay like they're spoiling mine .

The staff in both the restaurant and hotel are amazing! The rooms are great and the aircon is a great bonus! Easy to get too! Tracy on reception is amazing super freindly so is cat Nina and Hannah from the restaurant I love the happy attitude they have towards each other it really shows they like working together! Would highly recommend a stay here

We were very comfortable here. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Every staff member we met was helpful and very friendly. The front needs a bit of touching up (painting, primarily) for added curb appeal, but we were very glad we stayed here when visiting family in the area. The air con worked great on a very hot week!
