牙買加佩格薩斯飯店(The Jamaica Pegasus Hotel)

Customer service was friendly and professional and very helpful. The room was comfortable and relatively clean but the floor and carpet was not swept or vacuumed, sheets and blankets smelled like crap but looked cleaned. Restaurant was great for breakfast which was a mixed of Jamaican and American style breakfast. I did not take advantage of the pool or the gym so I can’t give a rating but overall it was a pleasure hotel. I would book this hotel again.

I enjoyed my stay here. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed comfortable. I am a picky eater but breakfast was good. Will definitely stay again

Venue was Great and close proximity to everything I needed.

The hotel staff were professional and very friendly. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood with a beautiful park across from the hotel. The property is well maintained and has a swimming pool and spa room. My brother got a massage for his lower back pain and he said it was great. The gift shop has some good Jamaican made souvenirs which are a bit pricey. I liked my room because l had a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. It was magical watching the sun rise in the mornings and I will definitely be staying there on my next visit.

I would use inconsistent to describe Pegasus and its staff. Front desk for the most part was meh. Now and again you'd find a pleasant front desk staff. The cleaning crew was somewhat friendly, and the crew that offered room service, like cleaning services, for example, was generally OK- not impressive and not terrible. I expected daily room service/cleaning; this did not happen, unfortunately. Some days, they either genuinely forgot to clean my rooms or they just did not bother to clean my rooms. When they did clean my rooms, they were not cleaned properly. I'd recommend that Pegasus pays attention to details. For instance, all of the clocks in the rooms had the incorrect time (the time was different from the local time), which completely threw me off. As well, the walls looked dinged and scratched up. One of the doors in one of my rooms was literally "flaking", which is a hazard in and of itself as splinters could get loose. The TV in my room did not work. It kept turning off. They sent a staff member to change out the TV. This guy was very effecient and quick. For me, the biggest disappoin**ent, really, was the internet. I don't think I have any word right now to describe how bad the internet was. I work online and attend school online for the most part. During my stay at Pegasus, I attempted to do some assignments, quizzes, and an exam for 2 of my courses. For the most part, I could not get on the Wi-Fi, and when I did get connected, I'd lose connectivity repeatedly.

One of the oldest hotels in Jamaica, you would assume it was built last year. From the time you enter the lobby until you enter your room, the renovations and maintenance of this property is apparent. Stylisly decorated, immaculately clean, and professional courteous service, made my stay there quite enjoyable. Needless to say, I will be back. WELL DONE!!!!

The best parts of the 1 night trip was the buffet breakfast, the friendly check-in staff and the comfy bed. There were 5 of us including a toddler and we occupied 2 rooms. When we arrived, there was 1 bottle of water in each room. We were grateful for this, however, in the morning when we saw the housekeeper and asked for water for the other persons in the room, she said “you are leaving today so no more water for you.” We were very disappointed in how she responded and when asked about our trip while checking out, I mentioned this to the front desk attendant. She said the number of bottles given is based on the number of guests but when i pointed out there were 5 of us and they would have that number in our reservation, she went quiet.

It was a very quick trip and I had a great night sleep. I did not get to enjoy much of the hotel but the staff were nice and it functioned perfectly for my short stay. My main complaint would be that the room was a bit shabby and run down and didn't feel very clean.
