Die Unterkunft hat ein zu teures Preis/ Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sie ist einfach und bedarf einer Erneuerung. Das Bad ist vollkommen veraltet mit Schimmel, die Betten knarren, sauber ist auch nicht.
Am besten ist der Ausblick aufs Meer (deshalb 2 Sterne).

No one at reception even during reception hours. Called the phone number but no answer, left a voicemail but no call back. Sat in my car had to wait to check in. Very basic amenities and old fashioned interior. Could hear water running, the tv and phone ringing in the room next door. Much better accomodation in Kingscote than this

Place is fine, but be aware that if you are opting for a pay-later booking, the hotel charges you the card transaction fees. This is not informed at any point in the booking, nor through their messages or during check-in.
Not picky about the few extra $$, but it is about not being upfront/transparent in their dealings.

The room was clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. We heard no noise.
The bathroom is tiny, shower curtain, but clean, adequate enough.

Great motel to stay at. Nice and clean and neat. Nice view.
There was a technical issue with our tv but everything else was good.
