We stayed 2 nights in the 1 bedroom ocean facing apartment. The location is perfect overlooking the ocean with many cafes and restaurants all around. The room was clean and very comfortable with a large modern bathroom and a balcony to sit and enjoy the views. We would definitely stay again if we were to return to Kingscliffe. The apartment is on the third floor with no lift available so the stairs may be of concern to some.

Poorly kept, poorly serviced, over priced! Room needs a decent clean (stains on the floor, mould in shower) and a renovation would not hurt (paint peeling, chipboard showing, potentially faulty wiring…. Fridge stopped working day 1). Most of this could be overlooked if I didn’t turn up to a room where there were no pillow cases. Think about that have you ever walked into a hotel room that cost $350+ per night and there were no pillow cases. I rang to ask… reason: linen shortage… ***… the pillow cases were delivered within 30 mins, with a smile! The staff I interacted with were all pleasant and helpful. This review is a reflection on ownership/management!
