WiFi was the worst, as good as none.

I booked this place just because they had spa, swimming pool and other facilities. We were so tired on the day we reached in to the resort and we were so excited about spa. We booked two deluxe rooms and the front staff gave the rooms in two corners even though we came together. We asked about the spa and the front staff mentioned they haven't started the spa yet and don't know if they'll have it for the whole year. We were so disappointed and the front staff mentioned that they have the swimming pool which is open till 10:30 PM and also it does have a hot tub. So, we made up our mind and planned to go to the swimming pool and can chill there for a while. We planned to go to the beach first and online they mentioned they had shuttle service to the beach and when we asked the front staff told, that wasn't open as well. They kept on apologizing and said it's just a 5 minute walk. We walked to the beach and came back at 7:30 PM. We walked right in to the swimming pool are and our room cards were not working for the pool entrance. So, we went upstairs and asked the front staffs what's going on?, The door's not opening and then the receptionist said the PH level of the water in the pool is not good and they cannot allow us in the pool. Also, they mentioned they'll call within an hour if there's an update and nobody called there after. Also, the shower tap was not working properly and I almost burned my hand while taking bath. Room service was awful.

The staff were all so friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were not able to see much of the resort or use many amenities as we had to leave early due to the hurricane. The staff genuinely cared about our wellbeing and did everything to help us check out and get home safely without penalty.

The front desk charged over $600 on my credit card without letting me know when I checked on 8/15/2022. When I saw the transaction from my credit, I went to the front desk and asked hotel staff. They said it was a deposit. I told them I had pre-paid the whole amount for my stay through *******. Today is 8/18/2022, I have not received my money back from them. The WiFi in this resort is terrible.

We arrived at 2 and were told check in was 3, but it was well after 4 when we were finally able to get in. The cottage was shabby, with peeling paint outside and broken appliances. While the staff were lovely, that did not come close to compensating for the poor condition of this very expensive property.

We really enjoyed an amazing private beach where dogs were allowed! Friendly staff, but the room was outdated and needs maintenance.

The experience was extraordinary with friendly staff. They went above and beyond to make the experience relaxing and comfortable Excellent housekeeping with friendly host who went out of her way to show the cottages that were of interest on our next visit. I can’t wait to go back
