I checked in on Wednesday last week and could not sleep due to a stinking carpet in room 215. Reported to reception on Thursday morning and was told that they were going to clean it. When I came back in the evening, it was still the same and had to sleep with open windows the whole night, despite the cold air that was coming into the room. On Thursday I requested for a room without carpet and was told they only have 4 rooms and all were taken. This has triggered a very bad flue and now have to incur medical bills and doctors consultations and take leave from work, miss important deadlines etc. I do not recommend anyone to stay there as staff fo not seem to care at all about the complaints.
