Exceptional experience. Stayed 2 nights in the Tumut lodge, which was large for us two fatties, beautifully decorated, great views over the river, just delightful. Food experience was delicious. First night the degustation, second night al la carte, go the pork but the whole trout was sublime. We will be back for the trout season
