Very large and clean room. Staff were efficient and helpful. The location is great and walkable into Killarney with all the shopping bars and restaurants. We had dinner one evening ta the hotel which was good and the breakfasts were excellent. The car park is tiny and awkward and this is the only downside to the property.

We enjoyed our stay at Killarney Avenue. The hotel is beautiful as well as conventiently located to the rail station. Killarney Avenue Hotel made our walking of Killarney so much easier. It is close to shops, restaurants, and pubs.

Spent 2 nights here in beautiful Killarney. It’s very central. Ate in bar the first night - great value and lovely. Loved the breakfast room. Short walk to leisure centre. -No problem with parking. Very friendly staff. Hotel was spotless.

great location!. lucky for us we got a parking spot but for future customers parking is very limited.

Beautiful hotel, easy parking, easy check-in/check-out, and breakfast available at the restaurant. Easily walkable to bars/restaurants/shops.

My son and I had a lovely stay here. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Great location. We didn't have food in the hotel even though the bar area looked lovely. We got lucky with the parking and found a spot each evening even though spaces are very limited. Would definitely recommend this hotel as a good town centre location.

The Killarney Avenue Hotel is very close to the town centre, with most things within a short walking distance. The foyer looks well and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bar is very pleasant with good quality food and service. Breakfasts are also good, again with good service and attention. As reflected in other reviews, we found the room to be smaller than in more modern 4-star hotels. The furniture was also a little dated. Overall, the hotel worked well in terms of our requirements but falls short in terms of a 4-star rating.

This hotel is situated across the street from Killarney national park.So a very good location. The staff were so helpful in every way. The hotel has a lovely old style wooden bar oozing with charm with a very good restaurant. The parking onsite is free and is on a first come first serve basis, the only downside is the spots at the front of the hotel were tiny, no way I could get my car into one. They do have a small lot in the basement so I parked there. Overall a very positive experience
