Travelodge by Wyndham Outer Banks/Kill Devil Hills

朝食付きプランで予約しましたが、朝食の提供はありませんでした。 ホテルフロントで確認しましたが、そもそも朝食提供は既にしていないが、Trip.comが情報更新をしてくれないとの話でした。 ホテル自体はとても良い立地で、徒歩圏内のビーチで楽しみました。

The precheck in process is smooth. We were able to collect the keys as soon as we reached the hotel. The staffs were really friendly. However, our key stopped working on the second day for no apparent reason and we noticed other people also faced this issue. Other than this incident, the stay at this hotel was a good experience.

For our purposes the motel was near the beach and away from the noise of the main drag yet near enough to restaurants and attractions. I could see the Wright Brothers Memorial from our balcony, yet was 3 blocks away.

I like that it was within walking distance of the ocean. Also, the ladies at check in and check out were very helpful.

Ice machines broken in our floor. Hard to slide balcony door - frame bent. Poor lighting in room - little where really needed. Location of AC unit - blew constantly on my face or back - bed. right in front of unit . Requested Toilet paper several times - we ended up buying our own used our own garbage bags cause garbage was not picked up. Then we had to leave early because of a death in my family and could not get 80.00 refunded. Will never book through Experian again and would not recommend this property to anyone.

Great price and location right across from the beach and less than 5 minutes from the Wright Brothers memorial.
