The property was old and many issues were in my room, including leaking sinks, AC not working

Excellent Hotel. The staff here were amazing. From Jen, Charlotte, Joseph and Derrick. Always went above and beyond during our nine day stay. Rooms were extremely clean. Had a little hiccup with air conditioner but they were fast to fix the problem. The restaurant staff were incredible and the food was just as amazing. My husband and I recently spent 6 nights at the hotel while we attended a conference. The hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff was very friendly and professional. Breakfast is included and the setting around the courtyard is beautiful. The restaurant around the pool was a highlight; such a serene and beautiful setting.

Nice hotel, a bit oldish, very clean and confortable. My room and bed were amazing. But the best of it all is the kindness and the smiles of the staff. I promised to come back. Spent a week there and really enjoyed my stay. The ginger tea with honey at breakfast is ti die for.

My wife and I were extremely pleased with our 3 week stay in the Grand Legacy in Nov/Dec 2023. The view from our room over the southern part of Kigali and into a large green valley was charming. The breakfast with its daily varying delicious choice of food was amazing. The staff was friedly and attentive, and so was the management. More than once we had a nice dinner in the hotel's pool area. The Grand Legacy is a very recommendable place to stay!

I brought a university group to Kigali and stayed at Grand Legacy. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredibly accommodating. Whatever we needed, they did it and went beyond. The rooms are really beautiful, far exceeding what I expected for the price. The restaurant is great and really lively. We needed a meeting room at the last minute and they arranged it all, literally within about 10 minutes. We had issues with our driver and bus company and they immediately found a solution. I actually had been in Kigali a few weeks before for a conference and stayed at another hotel that is considered one of their top hotels, and I found Grand Legacy to be more comfortable!

From the welcome to the buffet to the room service, everything was top notch. If you live in Rwanda (a wonderful country to absolutely visit !) like me or if something brings you there, don't hesitate for a single moment to choose the Grand Legacy Hotel to enhance your stay. You tell me the news !!!
