We have stayed at several hotels while in Rwanda, but this one was the best. They provided us with outstanding customer service, 5 star hotel assistance and the hotel rooms were immaculate. The food, breakfast and Dinner, was better than any restaurant we have been to. We stayed in room 212 which was cleaned everytime we would leave for the day. I am so pleased to have stayed in this hotel. All the staff were perfectly accommodating. I would recommend anyone coming from America to stay at this hotel. Hot towel and cold drink, very nice and friendly staff. Need floor towels in the bathrooms!
