My stay at Kigali Palamount Hotel was truly outstanding. From the smooth airport pickup to the warm welcome from the friendly staff, everything was perfectly organized. The food, especially the pizzas, was delicious and served right on time, showing great attention to quality and service. The room service was also impressive — clean, quick, and always delivered with a smile. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience filled with comfort, great food, and exceptional hospitality.

I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and had a pleasure to attend the country music concert that happened 1st august this place is a very good in hosting concerts the sound lighting abd the people,its a very classy hotel.i liked the service and their rooms are large in size very comfortable and smells good i recommend.
