Rooms not cleaned for the following night. Waiter following you to the room to demand payment for a meal at night. Flimsy excuses for small.things. a simple sorry is enough. Not the reasons given. Slow service.

We had an excellent service in general, I would rate Alex for his customer service. High recommended ONOMO coffee (best coffee ever). Nice view…FIVE ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The staff in the hotel helped me when I became unwell on a work trip. Angel and her team were very caring and checked each and every detail with me, made sure I was ok and supported me a lot. When the chips are down the staff in this hotel are there for you. Highly recommend 5 stars

This is an absolutely delightful place to stay. Very stylish, clean and well run, nicely designed with superb views across the city. Staff were consistently efficient, polite and helpful. Rooms very comfortable. Really can't fault the whole experience.

Ruth provided excellent professional service, guided me through check- in and provided advise on how to navigate the city and other questions I asked. Recommend promotion. Henry was very friend and kind.

The property should consider providing more meal options in the breakfast menu.

I like the Onomo chain and have used them in other African countries. The Kigali hotel is modern clean with good facilities as you would expect for the chain. The rooms are never big but they are enough with good shower and comfortable bed. Food in the restaurant is good and reasonably priced.

The hotel is a decent place with beautiful scenery at night. I didn't like that they didn't have a fridge in the room, though. The hotel staff are very polite and accommodating. Donah, the receptionist we met on our first night, who was also there on our last night was very helpful and nice. Lastly, I have an issue with the driver who dropped us off at the airport on our checkout day. We felt cheated which may be due to language barrier. I hope there's a number to call so we can resolve this.
