The property was very nice. It felt a bit far out and like there wasn't much in the area, expensive to get Lyfts back and forth to places. I loved my room. My main issue was the staff. No smiles, no welcoming when you approach the desk. Seemed immature and to lack critical thinking and listening skills. When I checked in the first day I told the young woman at the desk that my room was booked from the night before, I paid for the night though I was arriving in the morning so that I could get into my room as soon as I got there as I had a 10:30am commitment. Gave her my receipt and name and she could not find it for forty minutes. Never have I checked into a hotel and they couldn't find my reservation with my name. I had to look through my entire inbox to find the confirmation number. Then she realizes she was only looking at guests due to check in that day though I told her, and my receipt showed that my reservation had started the night before. Then, no apology or anything. She just handed me my room keys with none of the usual explanation or information you usually get checking in to a hotel. The next day I bought something from the little hotel store and told the person at the desk, a different person, that I didn't want to charge it to my room because I needed a receipt to be reimbursed. She processed the transaction with my credit card, I ask for my receipt, then she tells me "We don't give receipts." Also outside sitting/eating area not maintained and usable.
