柯斯提斯別墅

Έμεινα σύνολο 4 βράδια στο κατάλυμα, 2 μόνη μου και 2 με το αγόρι μου. Καθαρό, ήσυχο, καλόγουστο, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Το καλύτερο για εμένα είναι η πισίνα, η οποία είναι πεντακάθαρη και με φυσική σκιά από πεύκα. Τέλος, ένα θέμα προέκυψε με την αποχέτευση, ο ιδιοκτήτης, κ. Γιώργος φρόντισε για την επίλυση του προβληματος μέσα σε λίγη ώρα. Σίγουρα θα είναι η επιλογή μας για την επόμενη διαμονή μας στο νησί!

Het appartement is erg basic, niet goed geschikt voor gezinnen met oudere kinderen. Bedden zijn ronduit slecht. Het zwembad is op zich lekker, ware het niet dat de eigenaar een nogal nerveuze indruk maakte en bij elke “dreiging” van gespetter in het zwembad z’n hokje uit kwam rennen om te vertellen dat dit toch echt niet de bedoeling was. Dit heeft echt negatieve invloed gehad op ons verblijf. Geen aanrader dus!!

We stayed for 10 nights and some friends also joined us for a few days. We loved it here. Lovely sparkling pool and comfortable loungers around the pool. Supermarket on the doorstep and the BEST bakery 2 min walk away. Beach about a 5 min way away and also easy to walk to other beaches nearby. Poros town walk also good. Staff and owner very accommodating and friendly. Thank you!!

Great location, by Askeli beach and lovely tavernas. Cafe/ bakery, supermarket and bike hire around the corner, accomodation clean and tidy, lovely pool and gardens. The owner is so helpful and friendly. About a mile and a half walk into port area.

Rooms are big for the price, the owner gave us great recommendations on where to eat and snorkel on the island. The pool is great in summer asa way to cool off without having to go all the way to the beach. Bike rental, supermarket and cafe super close by (less than 1 min no joke). Incredible stay.

A relaxed, small hotel with a great vibe. Pool was excellent and rare round this area. Rooms plenty large enough and clean. Peaceful. Beds very comfy Close to the beach, a wonderful bakery/cafe, supermarket and restaurants. Staff very friendly.

Great find. Reasonably priced accomodation with great clean room, amazing sea view and great pool. Supermarket right next door and moped rental place 30 seconds away. 5-7 minutes walk to beach and a number of restaurants. Only one slight downside which could cope with and that was the pool closed between 3pm to 5pm and everyone had to leave. Could then go back at 5pm. Appreciate there must be some reason for this - but other than this issue, I would have given it 100%. You won’t be disappointed, it’s a great find!

We stayed at Kostis Villas for 5 nights, George was there to welcome us as soon as we arrived and gave us a map and told us about the area. Our room wasn't quite ready as we arrived earlier than check in, but while we were at lunch had a phone call to say that the room was ready. Apartment 1 had the most amazing views and we sat out on the balcony every morning to have our breakfast, the apartment itself was also huge, although the bathroom a bit on the small side, but wasn't an issue. George was always on hand if you needed anything and the two ladies who cleaned every day did an amazing job. There is a supermarket opposite and a bakery just around the corner. There are a few restaurants in Askeli itself and Poros Town is approximately a 20 minute walk. We really enjoyed our time in Poros and would book to stay at Kostis Villas again. We stayed for 3 nights while in Poros. Warm welcome. Apartment spotless amd spacious and air con worked well. Pool area was quiet. On checkout taxi was booked for us and when the staff found jewellery that i left in a drawer without me realising they quickly sent it in a taxi knowing we were waiting for ferry at the port. So kind.
