從房間直接到泳池，是我們之前從沒有享受過的，我們有一個男孩用助行器，他可以去任何地方，但有幾個地方是沒有坡道，是有大台階的。我們可以看到其他有小孩的人也有麻煩。在砂斜坡的水線會是一個很大的幫助。我們建議旅館的經理坐在輪椅上，在旅館附近轉轉。輪子上的酒店很不錯了，工作人員也很好！

We travelled with 3 families (6 adults and 4 kids 8-12) and stayed for 2 weeks. This was our second visit to Mai Khao Lak and we were equally as happy. Stayed in the top section (pool access jacuzzi suite). Modern, clean room with a separate living room, which doubles as a kid's room. Walk off the balcony into private spa area which joins massive swimming pool. There are no shortage of wet options with 5 pools from the beachfront area to the peaceful adults only pool area at the top of the resort. Loads of choices for bars and food. The new Thai restaurant by the beach is very comfortable with great food. At the kids pool area there is another kitchen and bar with great lunch options. The staff are always friendly and helpful. There is an hourly free shuttle bus from reception to town which is convenient, otherwise walk to the beachfront and you can get a tuk tuk (if you order through reception it will cost more!). Breakfast buffet is easy to navigate, with a huge selection of coffee / tea, fresh fruits / yoghurts, cooked food, cereal, pastries, cakes and sweets, loads of bread choices and cold cuts & cheeses. This was a big highlight for the kids and great way for us to all gather and catch up to start the day together. The beach and ocean are very nice, and the many options of beachfront bars, restaurants, laundry services and massage places are all within a 1-5 minute walk from the resort. We visited most of these during our stay and never had a bad experience. Kids club is awesome with plenty of fun and varied activities to engage the kids. If I had to fault something - the internet inside our room was poor, but in most other areas of the resort it was fine. So the 2 big questions... would we go back (a third time)? YES! and would we recommend it to friends? YES! Thanks to everyone at Mai Khao Lak for another memorable experience! See you next time!

這次入住的酒店讓我大開眼界。因為我預訂的失誤，我定的房間風格更像是一個監獄間，這種設計風格讓人眼前一亮，彷彿進入了一個與眾不同的世界，當然，這種設計風格並不是所有人都喜歡的。我是那種喜歡面壁思過的人，但不是住在牢房裡麪思過。當然，酒店有其他房型可以選擇，後面我補錢升級到了正常房型。 這家酒店的服務非常出色。酒店的工作人員非常熱情友好，他們能夠滿足客人的各種需求。在這裏，你可以享受到一種VIP級別的服務，讓你感受到不錯的待遇。

This Resort is well-managed and the staff are exceptional. My friend & I stayed for one month and thoroughly enjoyed our time at Beyond Resort Khaolak. The employees work very hard, work very long hours, all in Thailand's heat, constantly seeking ways to serve the Resort's guests, and I never once overheard anyone complaining. I want to especially compliment New @ reception and Ning@ Housekeeping. New went out of her way to provide me with exceptional service by personally mailing a letter for me when I didn't know where to find a post office. (Thank you again, New.) And Ning...how may I sing her praises? She is kind, demonstrated wonderful customer service by taking a few minutes each day to converse with me as I tried to learn her language, and is so efficient at her job that I would hire her myself if I owned a business in Thailand! Thank you again, ladies. I wish you much Good Luck in life!

Stayed here just before the pandemic and was keen to come back. We stayed in the orchid wing of the hotel and again the room was spotless and very well maintained like everything else here. A compact hotel on even ground so makes it very easy if you have mobility problems.the on site beach front restaurant is very good and no more expensive than eating out at the limited number of restaurants in the area. On site is also an outside sala for massages which again were comparable with those outside the resort price wise and executed very well. There is also in reception a tour desk with a lovely and knowledgeable lady who can sort trips out for you. All the staff here from the gardeners to management are very polite with a happy disposition. If you want a bit of peace and quiet on a lovely stretch of beach and the town and markets within a 10 minute ride away this hotel should be in your thoughts.

很棒的小度假村。我們已經在泰國旅行了5個月,這個度假村在我的前2名,因爲一切都很完美。住在游泳池別墅。游泳池真的適合坐着,但非常適合喝一杯冷卻。房間一塵不染,很大。牀和枕頭太舒服了,很乾淨。浴室什麼都有,寬敞,淋浴很大。主游泳池很乾淨,看起來現代。工作人員超級友好。你需要汽車或出租車或摩托車。我們有車所以沒問題。度假村在該地區的北端。找到有點棘手,但在路標左轉,沿着你進入度假村後面的軌道行駛。停車位充足。早餐供應給你。很棒的咖啡!標準的泰國啤酒蛋吐司水果等足以開始你的一天。

Review of Hotel Stay at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak and overall, it was a delightful experience. Here are the pros and cons of my stay: Pros: 1) Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is located in a prime spot, just a short distance away from the main tourist area. This allows for a peaceful and tranquil stay while still being conveniently close to all the attractions. 2) The hotel itself is a beautiful boutique establishment, with a charming ambiance. From the moment you step into the entrance lobby, you are greeted with antique decorations that add a touch of elegance to the surroundings. 3) One of the highlights of this hotel is the Michelin 2022 and 2023 chef who prepares authentic Nonya cuisines. This is a culinary experience not to be missed, and the restaurant is sure to leave your taste buds satisfied. 4) The hotel is surrounded by many amenities and local food options within walking distance. This makes it convenient for guests to explore and indulge in the local flavors. 5) The breakfast at Hotel Gahn Khao Lak is simple yet delicious. It offers a variety of options to suit different preferences, and it's a great way to start your day on a positive note. 6) On a hot day, the hotel's refreshing little pool is a fantastic spot to take a dip and cool off. It provides a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and enjoy the tropical surroundings. 7) The owner and staff of the hotel are incredibly friendly and welcoming. They go above and beyond to ensure that guests have a pleasant stay and are always ready to assist with any queries or requests. Cons: 1) One issue I encountered during my stay was the presence of lizards and flying pests, especially in rooms with balconies. While this may be a common occurrence in tropical settings, it can be unsettling for some guests. 2) The housekeeping service could use some improvement, particularly in terms of towel change and cleaning of used cups. It would be beneficial if these aspects were given more attention to enhance the overall cleanliness of the rooms. Rating: 8.5/10 In conclusion, Hotel Gahn Khao Lak offers a memorable stay with its good location, beautiful ambiance, authentic cuisine, and friendly staff. While there are a few areas that could be improved upon, the overall experience is highly enjoyable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a unique and charming getaway in Khao Lak.
