It was the dirtiest hotel room I have stayed in. The floors looked like they had not been swept in some time. Another thing that struck me oddly was toilet paper stuck in the holder with the paper still around it. I would not recommend staying at this property.

The room service did not restock items like toilet paper and towels and left our room unlocked while we were out for the day.

When we got to the room with our handicapped daughter, we had asked for a room with a shower bench since my husband assists with her care and cannot physically put her down and up in a tub. We did not have this feature. When my husband complained, they said they were aware we asked for that but because we booked through **********, we were lower on the priority list and they didn’t have that type of room available for our 4 day stay. We chose this facility over less expensive ones due to it having that availability. I have voiced this to you already and to the Holiday Inn. You both have ignored me. We went to the Home Depot and got a camping chair. I want our money back for the stay. The carpets were dirty. We got one night of cleaning service. I will not trust anything I would book through your company again.

Drive 15 hours to stay for two night. Checked in at 530 went up to our room and it wasn’t cleaned at all, hour waiting in the lobby they still didn’t figure it out because only one employee was working who’s name is Steve. He was very kind and helpful but he was just as upset as us. We then left for dinner hoping to come back to a clean room. 8pm arrived Steve said the room was just cleaned because they head housekeeper came in and clean. We were finally happy! Get up to the room, still a plastic bag on the ground, greasy fingerprints on the microwave and a dirty napkin in the microwave. They cleaned, but not everything. I just expected to have better service paying over 400 dollars for 2 nights. This is my third time staying at this hotel. No problems the other two times.

Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to even come to the desk. After that is was a great stay

The staff was very kind and accommodating, there were some guest that didn’t make the stay to comfortable but that’s not the hotels fault, breakfast was delicious, and even though the hotel is not in the city, it’s a very easy and fast drive to anywhere. Very clean and the pool was my favorite.

Good location. The lobby was clean and it was easy to check in and out with the hotel staff. The breakfast was very good with great variety. The rooms were well done, quiet and clean. We would stay again.

The hotel was very nice but the rooms aren’t used regularly in the off season. Our room was just a little dusty and the fridge was not plugged in and took awhile to cool down. We specificallly Booked this property for the spa/hot tub/pool area to entertain our kids on a long road trip and also loosen our backs from a week of skiing and it was not heated. The hot tub was so cold I didn’t even get in and our kids, who usually don’t complain, wouldn’t even swim.
