Drive 15 hours to stay for two night. Checked in at 530 went up to our room and it wasn’t cleaned at all, hour waiting in the lobby they still didn’t figure it out because only one employee was working who’s name is Steve. He was very kind and helpful but he was just as upset as us. We then left for dinner hoping to come back to a clean room. 8pm arrived Steve said the room was just cleaned because they head housekeeper came in and clean. We were finally happy! Get up to the room, still a plastic bag on the ground, greasy fingerprints on the microwave and a dirty napkin in the microwave. They cleaned, but not everything. I just expected to have better service paying over 400 dollars for 2 nights. This is my third time staying at this hotel. No problems the other two times.
