I would describe this location as a bed and breakfast as opposed to a hotel. This made the rate rather expensive against expectations. Parking is very limited, although street parking is free just down the main road. The room was too hot, even though the heating was off. The bathroom was very large with both shower and bath. However the water pressure in the shower was very poor. The breakfast menu was varied and staff were attentive. We received a pleasant experience at reception when we arrived. Our room was located next to reception which can be quite noisy during the day.

We stayed as a family of four, and was great to be able to stay in one room together. The breakfast included was lovely, great to be able to enjoy hot freshly cooked breakfast every morning.

Had a one night stay on Saturday with my grown up daughter, couldn't fault the hotel or the area. The staff were helpful and friendly, room lovely and the vegetarian breakfast was excellent. The hotel was situated great for Bristol and Bath. Keynsham also a very nice interesting place.

This is a good 3* location. I had a double room for single use and it was as expected. The hotel was not offering an evening meal / restaurant service on the day I stayed due to being short staffed but that proved fortunate as there is an excellent Italian restaurant in the High St nearby. The lad who seemed to do everything was excellent - checked me in, manned the bar, did my late night drink, served me at breakfast, and printed me a receipt on departure. My cooked breakfast was prepared and presented very well indeed.

Our stay from booking in til leaving was very good. The staff couldn't do enough to ensure that our stay was stress free. Direction from reception was clear and informative.The room was a good size, clean with everything neatly laid out, with all relevant information available. Mealtimes the staff worked hard but ensured that everyone was truly looked after. Little things like the milk and extra beverages available in and on a fridge on the landingwas super convenient and such a good idea! Friendly polite and helpful, there was even parking spaces available, making the whole weekend a massive success for us.

Staff very welcoming and accommodating us with a snack even though lunch finished. Single bed in family room needs mattress changing as every spring could be felt otherwise room basic but for a night it was fine. Breakfast delicious and plenty of choice.

Really comfortable stay, with excellent breakfast included. Shower a little weak, but otherwise everything was great!
