瑪格麗塔維爾基韋斯特海濱別墅(Margaritaville Beach House Key West)

It’s too far out from the main area although there’s a shuttle into town. All our clothes smelt damp after just 4 days of being there. The room felt very damp the bed especially. Pool is ok but I’m sure you’d struggle to get a sun bed in high season. The beach is nice across the street but the sunbeds are rentable from a company $$$

The property itself is wonderful, their grounds keeper deserves a raise. The main area where you check in is very nice as well. I was not at all happy with the room. They are much larger in photos. The toilet was dirty, the mattress is old and squeaky, I'm 100lb and sunk in where it is worn. It is very loud through out the night with doors slamming ( the ones that take you to inside corridor) We were told garden view, The garden view is the parking lot with brush. We were using the pool and dining options until a young lady with short brown hair and boy shorts that works there told us we would have to pay 150.00 to eat our lunch on the outdoor couch with table. We were next to the pool and felt it was better to move away and using a table to eat lunch and the waiter was fine with it as they were all empty. She was pretty rude so after that we never went back to the pool nor did we eat there again. The hammock was destroyed and you have to pay extra for beach chairs across the street. The shuttle was wonderful concept for when we didn't feel like driving. I asked about late check out due to flight and they don't do that. We will not return nor recommend. I also had a extra bill charged to my card 245.00 resort fee as if they aren't over priced enough. I consider this more of a 2-3 🌟 hotel.

The property was clearly dated, the front desk staff was beyond rude, not a smile or anything welcoming or helpful. The food was limited, the pool area was so tiny. Our room was never cleaned well. From the second we checked in the floors in both the hallway and our room were filthy. I have small children who are barefoot a lot and their feet were black from the dirty floor in our room the whole time. The property is way too far from the vacation area/restaurants/attractions

Hôtel bien situé, belle chambre, bon service au petit déjeuner Par contre très mauvais accueil à la réception, le personnel féminin est à la limite de la politesse, jamais vu un tel comportement dans un hôtel Concernant la piscine une matrone fait la police en vous réprimandant si vous prenez des linges de bain. Dans ces deux espaces ils ont oublié le mot service hôtelier et qui est le client. L’hôtel a un sérieux problème de management

Very friendly staff. Shea, bartenders Jason, Leo, and Seth, and pool staff Destinee were all great, happy, prompt and provided exceptional service. Unfortunately, that’s the only highlight. I realize it’s Florida and property is neighbors to swamp/lagoon. But the bugs at the pool and the ants in the rooms are nonstop and everywhere. We looked like we had chicken pox it was so bad. Would think at $60 nightly resort fee would cover some kind of treatment. Hotel itself is generally clean and maid service was prompt and professional. Building and pool need major renovations. We have stayed multiple times through Margaritaville including twice here and the property itself is easily the worst of the brand. If you’re looking for the former Margaritaville property in Key West it is now called The Opal and looks just as good as when it was Margaritaville. Property is about 15 minute scooter ride from Duval, but only 2-3 minutes from airport.

This location has definitely deteriorated since we started going every December for the past 5yrs…rooms are dirty exterior halls & wooden stairs….racoons live under hotel buildings …pool chairs and lounge furniture are all old and tired looking …the concrete pool and walkways and wooden stairs need a pressure washing… metal dining tables have food caught in ledge surrounding table top….carpets and lobby furniture are filthy….place needs lots of TlC

The only thing we liked were 2 of the shuttle drivers and a pool attendent. The staff for the most part were not very nice. We had to switch rooms because of the smell and it was not clean. We have stayed at the property in Hollywood beach and expected the same accomadations but it was not nearly as nice. When we walked to the beach they wanted to charge $50 for chairs. I would never recommend this property to anyone and will not return . It was definetly overpriced for what you get.

This is a motel not a hotel. No amenity and over priced. Basic bathroom which needs renovation badly. The pictures of the place on the internet are very deceiving. The motel is not on the beach. You can not swim and can not even walk on the beach.
