基韋斯特哈瓦那小屋(Havana Cabana at Key West)

Hotel had a great vibe, filled with plants and was very colorful in the lobby, a true feeling to the name, Havana cabana. The pool was the best part, so clean and had inner tubes to float around and relax. Two complimentary drink passes during check in was a plus. Food was excellent for lunch and breakfast. We went as a family trip so the only downside was there weren't a lot of kids. At one point we thought it was "adult only" but then towards the later afternoon we started to see more kids. Rooms were clean and service was good. Definitely will stay again.

Easy check-in, friendly front desk staff, 2 free complimentary drinks, free airport shuttle and free shuttle to downtown. Room is quiet, comfortable, and clean with free coffee and water. Beautiful pool with bar. Great location as the hotel is within walking distance to a grocery store and restaurants. Bicycles and scooters available at the hotel to rent. The free airport shuttle and shuttle to downtown are wonderful.

Ein tolles Hotel mit einer sehr schönen Einrichtung und vielen Dekorationen. Man fühlt sich wie auf Cuba. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und alles ist sauber. Das Hotel bietet einen kostenlosen 30-minütigen Shuttle-Service ins Zentrum an, ein toller Service. Man kann auch Fahrräder oder Scooter mieten, der Preis dafür ist ok. Uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Paid extra for ocean view. Got there and they gave my wife and I a first floor room with a parking lot view. Asked to be moved to another room and they said thats all the room they had available. Chose to leave and asked for a refund they refused to refund the deposit claiming we already used up the fist night. ( We checked in saw the room and checked out within 20 minutes). Left and submitted a transaction dispute with my bank and got my money back. Be mindful before booking here, those pictues are decieving.

We enjoyed our stay. Don’t miss out on the Cubano from the food truck. The rooms were nice and clean but the soap was mounted sideways on the wall which was annoying. The drinks were good. The shuttle took us down to Duval on the half hour. The staff weren’t overly friendly. They put out these homemade churros in the afternoon which were delicious. Overall we would return.

Property is very pretty, pool large but very cold in Dec., hot tub nice and hot. Cocktail drinks seem to be made with mixes and not very good. Free churros at 4 are excellent. Staff very attentive and willing to assist. Would not get waterfront rooms as they are across a very busy street from the water. The shuttle to town is very convenient and the free Duval Loop bus is the best way to get where you want to go.

The pool was very clean and nice as well as the outside bar. The food truck food was fabulous. The room was very dated and old as well as the furniture. The bathroom had no ventilation and clothes stayed wet. There was no hook in the bathroom to hang your towel when showering, so I had to lay my towel on the toilet which grossed me out. The hot water was warm not hot.
