還不錯 房間大出門就是海灘 隔音一般 早上一直敲門要打掃 還直接把你門打開了，總體還行吧

Hotel molto pulito e ben fornito. Personale molto accogliente e disponibile. Hotel è in un’ ottima posizione.

Bonnes prestations hôtelières. Mais accueil peu aimable à l'arrivée et suite à l'oubli d'une veste, aucun effort pour la retrouver. Après 3 appels on me répond qu'elle n'a pas été retrouvée. Évidemment que venant de France pour le weekend de Noël j'avais une veste. Je suis très déçue. On laisse des tips à tout bout de champ conformément à l'usage local mais pas de respect en retour.

We stayed for 6 days, here are the cons and pros for location: Pros: Free shuttle to downtown and airport facilities Chicken walk is good food and customer service(live music and fridays and Saturday’s afternoon. Tavern and town good food and customer service a little over price. The pier is Excellent for seeing mantees and other sea creatures at night. Pool open 24hrs a day. Bar closes at 830pm. Cons: This property is over price for the amount of money we pay I expected more amenities, more customer service No actually beach, but at least you can see the ocean. Parking is $25 a day Resort fee was $40 day Outside of our room it was a constant puddle of water, I let housekeeping and the font know and never was fixed. Our doors knobs were broken , again no resolution. I had request item 2-3 times( example toilet paper, towels, shampoo) Barefoot Billy’s dolphin and snorkeling tour was a waste of money, I saw more sea life at the pier than in the tour ( they offer the service at the Marriott) This was a family trip of 4. We stayed at a presidential suite for the week.

The property is amazing however, the pics are deceptive when it comes to the beach matter of fact there is no beach. You can lay in the chairs by the beach you can even play in the sand but if you want to wet your feet nope not at all. Looks more like a swamp than a beach! The restaurant chicken walk is on point their food was delicious everything I ordered was great the drinks were not strong you will definitely need that extra shot they offer. Other than that this place is awesome I would most certainly recommend you stay here. It’s within walking distance to supermarkets and other stores. The shuttle to and from the downtown area is a blessing also the airport transportation is an added extra (no cost). Some of the waiters will try to keep your change as tip money without your consent, not cool!!!

Restaurant was bein renovated. No early option for breakfast, so i had to go off property to find food. Key card in elevator was in pieces. The circuit board was hanging off the card reader - very unsafe and could have disrupted elevator service

Not proper service. . With full kitchen they in only give you name sake couple pans and spatulas that’s it. Bathroom s were not in proper working conditions.

This property changed from a Marriott too another management company on the day we arrived. We received an email maybe the day before. The email stated that everything would remain the same, which wasn’t true. They had removed the lobby coffee and breakfast, the airport shuttle and the water taxi. They only would come to clean the room on request, which wasn’t told to us at check in. We did like the pool area, beach, and the shuttle to Old town. The restaurants were good and shuttle staff great!

The hotel is being turned into time shares in two weeks,laying off most of the staff. So for the most part the employees were not happy and sometimes rude.

The room was awesome except for the pillows, they were very uncomfortable! We also wish they had a continental breakfast.

Pass for room did not work. Staff tried it and couldn't get it to work. Told to go back to Lobby. A looong Walk. Desk clerk gave the impression we didn't know how to unlock door. No apology for inconvenience.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We were very surprised when our request for late checkout was denied. We requested two hours and were only allowed one hour. Housekeeping was definitely on the persistent side.
