Very quiet property. The bathroom needs to be updated. Unique property

It was very nice location and great views of the sunset.

My wife and I found Bahia Bay Resort simply by chance, and we couldn’t be happier that we did. We enjoyed a week there – the accommodations were wonderful. Our stay was so peaceful and beautiful, and adventure was always at the ready. We swam in the pool and the ocean, and we also kayaked along the shore several times. The sunsets from the dock were amazing, and fishing was a ball. Loved the orchid garden, and the iguanas and dolphins were entertaining. Thanks, Michael and team, for being such great hosts. We’d go back in a minute.

Pleasant surprised much better then I expected

It was Labor Day weekend and there were only 4 or 5 couples there. On Monday everyone left except us. We had the whole place to ourselves.

We were told the host would meet us at the hotel between 3:30 and 7:30 pm. We were there at 3:45 nobody showed up we called the number on the reservation got a message called the internet got a message called the sign on the gate got a message nobody came finally got ******* who must have had emergency number for the host who then called us and said we never called which was a lie. I said we were angry they were not telling the truth and hadn’t showed up. He then told us he wouldn’t let us in and was calling ******* and canceling our booking and left us standing there. In all my life I have never seen anything like this. He said he would call ******* and refund our money . So unprofessional

Michael is a super host. The place is clean and quiet. We felt there like in Paradise.

I highly recommend Bahia Bay! The pictures do not do the property justice. There’s ample room for sunbathing, a wading pool, a regular pool and a hot tub. The rooms were large and clean. The owner was great and was available to address any questions or concerns. Great location with amazing views of the sunset on the water!
