現代內飾和寬敞的客房。我們的窗戶很髒，所以從 15 樓看不到任何東西。
雖然這座建築看起來很新，但我們經常聽到管道噪音。那很煩人。
健身房和游泳池很棒。
他們不在房間裡提供免費的飲用水瓶，但健身房旁邊有一個飲水機，早上 8 點到晚上 8 點開放。確保你有一個可重複使用的瓶子。
他們沒有蒸汽房或桑拿房。他們說游泳池和健身房的城市景觀，但你說前面的住宅樓和酒店。但是你可以做日光浴。

Checking out, everyone is checking out in the morning and the elevators essentially don’t work. You’re waiting there for so long and when an elevator actually comes, it packed with everyone else and their bags. They should warn you that if you want to leave your room in the morning to leave 20 to 30 minutes earlier than planned. We ended up lugging our stuff down 8 flights of stairs. Room is nice but everything is kind of tight (hallways, walkways, etc.) overall a good stay.

Property was in a quiet street just off Brickell. So very convenient, 5 min walk to the main areas. Unfortunately despite my 3 messages & calls pre arrival they marked me as a no show when I specifically booked a night in advance. It was slightly inconvenient checking in as I had a wait a bit.

I arrived with my toddler daughter and mom to a room temp of 79 degrees , when I called the front desk , they never offered to change rooms but instead said they would send someone whom never showed up! So we set alarms to get up and leave at 7am and woke up to 78 degree temp. Nothing was done to correct our issue so I will NEVER stay here again. Not to mention the bellhop packed our luggage and didn’t even walk us up to our room , valet was rude. I’ve stayed at some many other of there hotel indigo locations , NEVER this one again. Oh and fyi there doing construction next door so be prepared for loud beeping at 2am.

While the property itself was fine, the staff at check in was NOT. We arrived at 1:20 and was told to come back in an hour. Perfect. We’ll have lunch. Returned at 2:20. Sorry, come back in 20 minutes. Meanwhile, and up until 3:15 no less than 20 people came, checked in and were given keys to go to their rooms. At 3:15, I had to express my extreme disappointment at the process that I was finally checked in and given my key. Front staff were rude and not helpful. Doubt I will stay here ever again!

Location is very good, and in a lovely area, but the people in the front desk were not that friendly ot helpfull. Didn’t communicate hotel facilities or being very service minded in general, which I think is the least you could do. The check out was also very unpleasant. Facilities are okay, but the front desk was not very helpfull or friendly.
