馬車&馬匹飯店(Coach & Horses Hotel)

First of all I must compliment ever single one of the staff members we met during our stay this weekend. From the lady who checked us in, the bar staff who served us, our gorgeous Ukrainian waiter from the restaurant, the cleaning staff and the lady who checked us out. Everyone seemed to love their jobs and made us so very welcome. Thank you. You were all outstanding. We had a great night sleep and room was very comfortable and quiet! (Room 11) If I was to make any suggestions, I would say the rooms and hotel just needs a bit of TLC in some areas. Our room was a bit tired and it really wouldn’t take much to make the little amendments that need doing. BUT this did not affect our stay and we would definitely consider visiting again. Thank you.

Excellant. The most friendly staff, we had a small problem with room and the receptionist took complete responsibility for resolving without fuss, fantastic service. Comfortable room and bed, everything we needed for a great break. Free underground car park, great location.

Went to see a London Irish game and thought we’d stay the night. Lovely area with great walks by the river. The hotel receptionist was very welcoming and a real asset to the property. Room was spacious. Have never seen a fridge with so many items in it - and not at a ridiculous price. Thoroughly recommended, we will definitely be back next season.

Our welcome from Alijia was very warm and friendly. She couldn’t do any more to make us very welcome. All staff were very attentive. Our room was comfortable but the shower needs an overhaul. Good pressure on shower, but curtain not good. Breakfast was excellent. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will return.

Our experience was amazing. We could not have asked for better or more friendly and helpful service. Everyone was always very nice and helpful. Lovely area next to the river, great for jogging or walking. Enjoyed the cozy pub and the restaurant. Bus stop just a few steps away. We hope to be back soon.

It was very close to the National Archives - walking in five to seven minutes - clean and safe - I was very comfortable - the staff were very friendly - room was clean - in all a great experience - I will recommend to other friends.

The staff were excellent looking after us, verry responsive and helpful, food excellent. The lift was poor and needs the electronics upgraded or this will constantly fail. I was a lift desighner in my day.

Efficient, welcoming staff, good ambience, excellent lunch (although £8 for a simple cheese and tomato sandwich off menu in the evening was pretty expensive). Room warm, quiet and well-provided

We live nearby and stayed here after an emergency at home. The quality of the rooms was excellent and all of the staff were friendly and welcoming, I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area.
