酒店在丁格爾海邊，離鎮中心不遠走路10分鐘就能到。房間能看到海灣，景色很不錯。前台的Desy很熱情地幫我們打電話給租車公司，解決車胎問題，非常非常感謝她。早餐十分豐富，三人分別點了傳統愛爾蘭早餐、比利時華夫餅、水煮蛋，還有自助的各種麵包、水果杯、牛奶果汁。有溫水游泳池、Fungie Kids Club等，小童俱樂部可以託管，孩子在裏面玩的很開心。雖然衹住了一晚，但在這裏十分愉快。

what a wonderful stay! We arrived after a long and tiresome day, and were warmly greeted by Helen from reception, who made us feel so welcome. Other members of staff were also welcoming, warm and efficient. The rooms are spacious, well equipped, and nicely decorated. The public spaces are beautiful and comfortable. I had a minor health issue to see to, and can't be thankful enough to Helen, who took great concern and has done her best to help me. Many thanks! Highly recommended in every respect.

我參加了9月6日星期五的家庭婚禮,只是說酒店和場地令人驚歎,不會做足夠正義。這是最神奇的地方,但不僅是風景和酒店讓我們敬畏。工作人員爲我們在那裏度過了美好的時光做出了更多的貢獻。TJ 和 Thys 超越了一切,以確保我的兒子(自閉症患者)對一切都很好, Thys 接近我解釋,他即將在介紹新娘派對時播放一些響亮的音樂,並想確保我的兒子與可以的,然後TJ第二天早上幫助我的兒子決定他的早餐,並叫他的名字,芬恩。這是一個如此個人的接觸,意義重大。儀式結束後不久,接待處的女孩們在幾分鐘內爲我整理了鞋子故障,使我能夠在婚禮上繼續。我不能感謝他們,肯定會向每個人推薦酒店和工作人員。無論是短暫停留還是大型場合,因爲他們100%照顧每一位客人。

We booked a junior suite for 2 nights. The room was located on the street side which was quite noisy with the road and foot traffic if you left the windows opened however closing the window blocked out the majority of noise. The room was spacious, but I wouldn’t say the decor was modern it had an antique feel to it. The walls are quite thin so you could hear guests in the room next door. The wi-fi was ridiculously slow when it actually worked. No face washers in the room but a call to receptions quickly resolved that. Breakfast was cooked to order and we loved the traffic light posters 🚥 advising guests of the quiet and busy times. A central location, no parking on site but a public car park is a short walk from the hotel costing €3 for 24 hours or free on Sundays and public holidays.

麥克羅斯公園酒店靠近公園附近,不行，可以去教堂和小屋,也是徒步的好地方。酒店這房間很大而且洗漱用品非常好用。酒店後面就是一個很大的免費停車場。酒店的早餐也算豐富,有自助和點餐兩樣結合。

訪訪客Beautiful farm house. Comfy rooms. Sean is a great host. Very knowledgeable, personable, and willing to give his local tips while visiting. The 1200+ year old on-site burial ground is a bit of a walk away, we didn’t have time in our schedule to visit it but Sean was ready to navigate. Something to consider working into your itinerary if you choose to stay here.

訪訪客Had a live band for a wedding that went to 2am! Hotels i’ve been at before had th music turned down at 11:00–my husband talked t th front desk but they weren’t going t do that. They say they have a/c but u can’t control it and it only seemed t hav heat coming out. I gave 2 stars cuz th staff were so nice. try t get a hotel in town cuz th taxis aren’t as easy to get out there. Another couple had th same problem. Ask th front desk t call instead of th app and it works better. Park is lovely. Oh yeah— th morning we left, they were making a lot of noise in th parking lot setting up stages for a harley davidson event! So, the hotel next door- gleneagles-does outdoor noisy events!

訪訪客用戶PROS: Exceptionally clean. Everything seemed relatively new. Beautifully quiet. Nice warm room. Bedding, décor, and furnishings were all quite nice and well selected. CONS: No lounge or living room type common area for guests to sit comfortably with only one basic office chair provided in the room. Quite simply, it was too sp****ly furnished and appointed. Wi-fi was very sketchy (despite numerous reboots) and even stopped working completely for quite some time. The owner since claimed to have “super fast Wi-Fi” and that we should have addressed Wi-fi issues on-site, but we had no idea how to find the proprietor once he handed us the room keys and then basically disappeared for the duration of our stay (behind one of the closed doors on the property?). In short, we could not address the Wi-fi issues as he suggested. There were no TV’s in the entire property, which the owner stated was done on purpose to provide a “quiet and peaceful experience”. That seems nice enough, but without reliable working Wi-fi, the property became an isolated entrapment while we stared at the walls for several hours. A tomb is a “quiet and peaceful experience”, but that doesn’t necessarily make it pleasant. By normal Irish standards for hotels, 4:30 pm check-in and 10:30 am check-out times were quite late and early respectively, which is not common for Ireland as the owner subsequently claimed. We stayed in more than 30 hotels in Ireland and not one of them provided so little overall time. The typical turnaround from check-in to check-out (in all of 2100 miles we traveled around Ireland) was about an hour longer, one way or another. Responding to this, the owner quite rudely wrote (his quote) that we “would need to familiarise yourself with the basics before travelling somewhere”. To that, I can only say we are traveling 110 days this year in 16 different countries and have traveled to about 40 countries before. We plan our journeys exhaustively. I suggest rather than provide insulting remarks about our travel abilities, which are highly tuned and time-tested, perhaps this property’s management should listen to useful customer input about things which were not customary and inferior to competitors. Breakfast was an additional charge which rather goes against the ENTIRE notion of calling oneself a B&B. In retrospect, on closer examination, I concede the advertised rates for the property apparently included a non-breakfast option, but it’s important to note that is not always completely obvious when viewing typical hotel booking sites. Addressing this, the owner wrote that “it looks like you had no idea what you were booking and were not looking at the location or anything at that time”. Overlooking the blatant rudeness of that comment, our situation was actually quite the contrary, and we were keenly familiar with the location, having already spent a total of 25 days traversing the entire west coast of Ireland throughout both rural and urban areas before

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly on our arrival and helped us up to our room with our luggage which was quite easy to find. Our room was on the small side for the standard of hotel, but the view from the window was stunning. The bed wasn’t very comfortable and the pillows were a bit soft. The bathroom was also quite small and it was very difficult to find any where to put wash bags and toiletries as there were no spare shelves. Toiletries that were provided were an exceptional high-quality. The shower was very efficient. There are two restaurants there and we had a meal in both of them. The menus are quite different, but the prices are much the same. We also had a cocktail on the terrace as it was a lovely sunny day. Breakfast was very good and quite comprehensive. There was a buffet for the Continental breakfast items and any cooked food you ordered from the table. The public areas were all very nice and well maintained. Even though it was there was a fire in the entrance lobby which made it quite cozy as it was cold at night. There are quite a lot of activities that you can do, but we did not have time for any of those.

訪訪客上週末在芭蕾舞高地酒店參加婚禮。當我們進入餐廳時,我們注意到每張桌子大約有3到4個腰帶。婚禮聚會中的一個也注意到了。我們坐了吃飯。食物很棒,但房間裏的熱量很荒謬。我們桌子上的客人幾次要求穿上空調。他們被告知它已經打開了。如果是這樣,他們需要得到服務。甚至罐頭也沒有閃爍。非常不舒服。然後蛋糕上的糖霜是當我的子在椅子的蓋子上有黴菌時。當然,我們都看了我們的椅子,10箇中有3個有黴菌。說實話,場地和工作人員都很棒。椅子的蓋子和熱度需要改進。

訪訪客Thoroughly enjoyed our break at the Royal Hotel Valentia. Food was lovely, staff were so helpful. Delighted with our stay. Learnt so much from the island tour, so many places of interest within a short drive of the hotel. Looking forward to visiting again soon!
