Non è un 5 stelle, è un 4 stelle come dimensioni e presenza di servizi (che si rivelano di livello scarso) un due stelle come pulizia: i cuscini della piscina sono tutti lerci così come gli standard nelle camere. Andate altrove

Hôtel confortable calme et loin de la foule.
Accessible uniquement en voiture et de toute façon il faudra la voiture pour visiter car pas grand chose aux alentours.
En revanche l’hôtel possède d’un très bon restaurant avec une belle vue sur le coucher du soleil, et d’un bon bar rooftop.

Ho soggiornato per una settimana a ferragosto.
L’hotel esteticamente è bellissimo ma dovrebbe essere più curato e un po’ sistemato.
La camera con piscina è davvero come nelle foto, stupenda.
Il personale è davvero amorevole, ringrazio Lemonia che è stata super gentile e simpatica, attenta ad ogni nostra esigenza.
I pasti buoni per essere all’estero ma non da 5 stelle sicuramente. 10 ai dolci e alla colazione però, davvero fantastici.
Problema enorme: la spiaggia dell’hotel è davvero terribile, intorno non c’è niente che si possa fare e raggiungere a piedi, né di giorno ne di sera. L’hotel non organizza nulla se non un po’ di musica in piscina e al roof top di sera, abbastanza noioso.
Con un all-inclusive abbiamo dovuto pagarci il pranzo perché nell’escursione pagata ben 45€ a testa non era incluso!
In generale: bel posto ma da sistemare, organizzare delle navette per le spiagge di giorno , organizzare degli intrattenimenti migliori sia di giorno che di sera.

La struttura si presenta molto bene finché non ti avvicini e noti tutte le rifiniture scadenti.
Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni prenotando una stanza con piscina privata e soluzione All inclusive.
La camera aveva la doccia che perdeva è il miscelatore che cadeva a pezzi. Le ante del mobile TV rotte e graffiate e il divanetto tutto sporco e rigato.
Piscina ok ma terrazza con mobilio arrugginito e sporco.
Dopo la prima notte ci siamo svegliati al rumore di un ragazzo che aveva scavalcato il davanzale della piscina per pulirla, forse qui lo staff avrebbe potuto avvisarci, in quando nel vedere qualcuno all’interno della tua terrazza potrebbe spaventare alquanto. Al pomeriggio le donne delle pulizie sono entrate in stanza seppur la porta fosse chiusa.
Insomma se cercate la privacy non è l’hotel adatto a voi.
Cibo molto scadente e colazione perlopiù salata.
Nella formula ALL INCLUSIVE l’acqua gasata è a pagamento.
Per concludere al momento del check out non ci hanno nemmeno chiesto come fosse andato il soggiorno.

La atención del alojamiento ha sido horrible. Decidimos hacer check out 2 noches antes porque la atención, la comida y el servicio era horrible. El management se desentendió y hasta que no vieron que el problema iba a ser mayor no decidieron reembolsarme el dinero de las dos ultimas noches. ******* les llamó en varias ocasiones y denegaban la devolución o decían que el Manager no estaba disponible. Es un hotel masivo lleno de turistas donde desde que entras al lobby te das cuenta que no es un hotel 5*. Las habitaciones son bonitas pero el colchón es pésimo y cada mañana me levantaba con dolor de espalda. El hotel se divide en diferentes edificios y parece más un aparta hotel que no un 5*. Creen que por poner cosas doradas les da una apariencia de lujo pero todo lo contrario. El director general no fue de gran ayuda tampoco y por suerte que sé cómo funciona el procedimiento ya que estoy en el sector hotelero sino me hubieran estafado. Definitivamente es un lugar que no recomiendo. Tal y como me han dicho en el hotel en el que sí que era de 5* al que me he cambiado, muchos hoteles de Corfu se promocionan como 5 estrellas pero no lo son. He de decir que lo he vivido en mis propias carnes.

Das Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Besonders das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Hotel liegt direkt am Wasser, wodurch man auch jederzeit zu Fuß im Meer schwimmen und sich dort sonnen kann, falls man mal weg von den Pools möchte.
Das einzige, was wir sehr schade fanden und negativ bewerten würden, war das Essen. Wir hatten All Inclusive gebucht, wodurch man durchgängig vom Buffet im Hauptrestaurant essen durfte, allerdings wurde hier das Essen häufig zu lange gekocht. Sprich: Fleisch und Fisch waren trocken und zäh, während Gemüse, Aufläufe und Nudeln sehr durchgeweicht waren. Dazu kommt, dass die meisten Gerichte kaum gewürzt oder direkt sehr scharf waren und teilweise nach Fisch geschmeckt haben, obwohl kein Fisch darin war oder danach schmecken sollte...
Es gibt neben dem Buffet noch das Roof Top Restaurant. Hier muss man allerdings früh genug reservieren, kann nur abends essen gehen und muss für das Essen bezahlen. Alternativ gibt es noch das Beach Bar Restaurant. Hier kann man allerdings nur mittags mit All Inclusive essen gehen, dafür schmeckt das Essen hier von der Karte am besten und man braucht auch keine Reservierung.
Alles in Allem: 5 Sterne für das Hotel an sich. 2 Sterne für das Essen. Somit würden wir eine 4 von 5 Sterne-Bewertung insgesamt geben und an alle Gäste die Empfehlung regelmäßig im Beach Bar Restaurant zu Mittag zu essen.
